Height: 10'2ft
Personality: A quest for perfection. She believed that Mankind was the perfect creation and that they must strive to emulate her mother , the Empress. As such, she was greatly angered whenever this goal was challenged.
Wargear: She is perhaps most famous for the Silver Blade of Laer, the daemonic weapon that drove her to corruption. Fulgrene power armor is an ornate artistically-crafted suit known as the Gilded Panoply. It was designed to give Fulgrene free reign to use her phenomenal speed and agility.
Abilities: Subconscious ability to charm, embolden mortals and Astartes to do her bidding. Even had the ability to regenerate wounds faster than any of her sisters.
Strength: Fulgrene is a duelist. She beat Ferra by cutting her head off and beat Gulliman, but she was ascended, using poison and daemon weapons.
Flaws: Part of Fulgrene's flaw was her endless pursuit of perfection and her insecurities - both rather unhealthy things especially considering the emotional intensity of the Primarchs.

Height: 9'6ft
Personality: Described as a "petulant child", Perturabia's exact personality is heavily obscured by Rogara's own intense dislike for her.
Wargear: Cataphractii Pattern Terminator Armour known as The Logos. It contained sophisticated command and control systems which linked her cybernetically to every facet of the forces under his disposal, as well as a shifting array of weapons and secondary systems created by her own intellect. The Logos is equipped with a pair of four-barreled wrist-mounted cannons.
Abilities: She has no psychic powers, no special abilities, no prescience. She just has raw thinking power. Only to design and construct from memory.
Strength: Perturabia is very powerful. And is a genius even by primarch standards. She is undone by her insecurity, ironically and her humanity.
