Chapter 4 (Old foes)

Moons Pov: We finally made it out of that village. I have never liked that village honestly. It scares me, I am glad I have a friend now, he is very nice and optimistic. I feel like we actually have a chance of getting out. We continue our journey and while walking hear footsteps, I immediately know what it is and pull Lucas behind a tree "Stay silent." I whispered to Lucas and stayed silent hoping it would pass. Luckily it did, if it did not me and Lucas would have both been dead. Let's hope that neither of us have to encounter it again, for now though I should not worry since it has left. While walking again all we could see ahead was forest until there was a clearing. there was a small area of space surrounded by trees, in the area though I saw someone I hoped I would never have to see again in my life. My sister was there, how did she even get into the forest? I look over to Lucas "We need to go back." I said "Why?" Lucas replied and I pointed to my sister who caught glimpse of us "Omg is that you moon?!" My sister said and I rolled my non existent void eyes "Yep the one you betrayed." I said, "Well we are leaving now have a terrible day sister." I said sarcastically "Don't you think your being a tiny bit mean?" Lucas said to me, he made the puppy eyes. GOD THOSE PUPPY EYES. I slapped my head annoyed "Fine we stay just for a bit." I said, Lucas pov: I had actually forgotten we needed to leave the forest for a second there, it was strange. I have always been set on leaving but right now I think I am just going to try to make sure no one kills each other. I do not think Moon likes her sister after getting betrayed, this is really awkward. "Hi Moons sister! I am-" I was about to say before getting cut off "No one cares who you are. I am Star, the better twin." Star said, I felt a bit saddened by that. Twins should not have to try to be better than the other. "Why did you betray moon?" I asked, hoping that it was not a touchy conversation, but I did want to know why Moon was pushed into the forest. Most twins fight a lot but not trying to get each other killed (Most likely).  "She stole my spotlight! I deserved it and I got it back!" Star yelled, I was a bit surprised at her yelling due to the fact that she had been completely fine before bringing up the subject of pushing her sister. "I did not do anything!" Moon yelled, I was starting to feel a bit pressured so I silently walked a little bit away. I was not very far but I was far enough to not hear them yelling anymore, that was good. Star's Pov: Moon and her annoying friend were getting on my last nerve, she deserved what she got and now she says she did nothing! Fraud. I cannot believe that thing is my sister, her eyes are not even normal anymore. I feel a bit freaked out by her, should I ask what happened? "I can feel you staring at my eyes, the forest messed with them, this place is kind of magic." Moon explained "Be here to long and you completely lose yourself." Moon said, this was really freaky why did I come here. I cannot even remember why I came here anymore honestly but I do not care I just want to get out. Hey what if they find the way out, I could leave and say that I saved them and be seen as a hero and finally get the attention I oh so deserve!
