Chapter 11: The Inner Demon

Mochi begins to very slightly shake in fear as he screams out at Rhea, "Rhea! What is this, is this your doing!"

Rhea, seemingly looking through Mochi as she doesn't respond to him in any way.

Mochi quickly turns around and his eyes widen at the sight he witnesses, Randy is standing up once again, Randy looks up at Mochi, a black flame developing on his face as the smell of burning skin fills the air. Pieces of Randy's flesh flying out of the flame.

"What the hell are you!" Mochi screams at Randy.

A horn begins to form out of the left side of Randy's head, the flames begin to disappear as a goat skull becomes visible on the top left side of Randy's face and head. His left eye blackened out of the eye hole of the skull.

Randy begins laughing maniacally, Mochi steps backward just out of fear itself.

Randy stops laughing as he looks at Mochi with a psychotic evil smile. Randy then runs so fast towards Mochi, it's as if he instantly moved in front of him. Randy stabs Mochi in the chest with his blade.

Mochi vomits up blood from the strike as Randy looks up at Mochi, still having that smile on his face.

"Y-you're a monster!" Mochi tells Randy.

Randy then picks up Mochi off the ground with the sword still inside of him. Randy then slings Mochi off of his blade, sending him flying, Randy is easily able to catch up, grabbing mochi by his dragon horn and skips his head off the ground, leaving a trail in the ground as Mochi's face glides across the ground.

Before Randy could continue his onslaught against him, Mochi uses his wings to block Randy's sword swing. "Where is all this power coming from!" Mochi thinks to himself.

But as Mochi is lost in thought, Randy appears behind him as he grabs him by the shoulder, Randy turns Mochi around as he grabs him by the throat and lifts him in the air.

Randy's smile only becomes more psychotic the more he continues to hurt Mochi. Mochi begins struggling to break free of Randy's grasp, gasping for air.

Asuka and Rhea are stunned by what they are seeing currently, neither were aware or even knew something like this could happen to anyone. It's as if Randy had lost all sense of humanity. "R-Randy?..." Rhea calls out for Randy moving her hand close to his direction.

"Rhea please, we have to do something, if we don't stop this Randy will kill Mochi," Asuka asks Rhea with a raspy tone in her voice.

Rhea looks at Asuka for the first time since Randy arrived at the battle. Her eyes widen as Asuka is balling her eyes out. She is scared that she will lose the people that she had become close to in this short amount of time. Lose the people that saved her from the constant torment she received her whole life.

Rhea realizes she has to do something right now, but she doesn't know what she could do, it's as if Randy had become a feral beast and Mochi had become the beast's prey with no escape in sight.

Back at the fight, Mochi is struggling to keep up with Randy, as Mochi now has a deep cut all across his body from Randy's blade. The scales on Mochi's body are slowly being peeled and torn off from the impact of Randy's attacks.

However, Mochi refuses to lose this fight, and he continues a fight he knows he cannot win, even if he refuses to admit that.

Mochi grabs Randy by the skull's horn and he throws Randy into a pile of rubble. Randy crashes into the rubble, but as if it did nothing to him, his demonic aura causes the rubble to explode in a different direction, pushing the rubble off of him.

Mochi wastes no time as he rushes Randy again, however Randy is faster as he mounts Mochi, wrapping his legs around Mochi's neck and using his horns to guide him towards the ground. Randy begins to attempt to rip the horns out of Mochi's head, causing Mochi to scream out in horrific pain.

Mochi then begins to heat up his body, using the steam to force push Randy off of him. Mochi stands back up, his body turning pink with a distinct dragon scales etched into his skin. As if he shed his own skin as hot steam surrounds his body.

"I REFUSE TO LOSE TO A MERE SLAVE!" Mochi screams out as he inhales deeply, the steam going into his nose.

Mochi then shoots out an asteroid sized ball of fire towards Randy. Rhea looks away as she is scared to see the outcome of this attack. As Randy is engulfed in the flame, Mochi smiles in accomplishment. Suddenly however, Randy appears out of the flames as he slashes down at Mochi's chest, cutting him deeply, a large spurt of blood flowing from the wound.

Mochi then falls to the ground as he fades from the battlefield.

"Mochi Sakuraba of the Sakuraba Company has been eliminated"

"The Gabrielle Company are victorious in the Battle between Lourdes!"

Even though a victory was given to the Gabrielle Company, the sense of eeriness has yet to disappear. Rhea and Asuka are just sitting on the ground staring at what was once Randy. Randy then turns to the two as if it was a horror movie. Causing the two girls to become frozen with fear.

Randy begins walking towards the two, as if they are his next target, as if he didn't even recognize the two. Randy stands above the two, his smile not going away once. Randy raises his sword up to kill the two.

"Randy! Please don't you recognize us?" Asuka says looking up at Randy, tears continuing to flow down.

Randy then freezes in place, it seems as if Asuka's words are getting through to him. "Randy, look at Asuka! She is scared and worried about you!" Rhea pleads with Randy to snap out of it.

Randy;s blade dissipates from his hand as his hands and head drop. His body beginning to twitch, Randy's left arm then begins to move, his left hand now touching the goat skull on his face as if he was looking for the edge of the skull. However, there was no edge, the skull was enveloped into his skin. Randy then begins to dig his fingers into skin, blood gushing out.

Randy stumbles backwards as he screams out in pain from attempting to get the skull off. Randy then begins pulling the skull off of him, blood pouring out slowly the more he pulls it out. Skin being stretched out as it's attached to the back of the skull. Eventually the skull dissipated into a black flame as it disappeared. Randy's face was covered in blood and muscle as the skull tore off most of the skin in the top left part of Randy's face.

Rhea and Asuka both stand up, hoping Randy had gone back to normal, but before they are able to say anything to him, Randy collapses onto the ground and becomes unconscious.
