Vance POV: i was walking to class when i see the most gorgous person, Finney Blake. Finney smiles at me. Finney Blake, the person ive crushed on all year, smiled st me?! I feel a smile forming on my face, i quickly stated frowning again to keep my "scary" look. I remembered that this is finney's free period so i decide to skip this class. I go to the libary, where finney mostly stays at. I take a seat beside him. "Hey Vance!" He whisper-yells. "Hey dipshit" i say, playing with my thumbs. "What are you doing here?" Finn asked me, laying his book down. "Oh, i dont like my class right now" i say, looking at Finney's beautiful eyes. "So your skipping?" Finney asked me, raising his eyesbrows. "Yep, and i wanted to see your pretty face" i say, my attempt to flirt with him a little. I see a slight blush form on Finney's cheeks. "Why, thank you, mr flirt" finney says, laughing near the end. I also laugh. He looked in his bag for something and i just looked at his pretty face..i like looking at his features..their so pretty..i guess he notices me staring at him so he places a hand on my hand. I quickly zone out of my daze. "Am i that good to look at, darling?" finney says, giving me a smirk. "What if i say yes, honey?" I ask, returning the smirk. "Then id probaly marry you idk- that question caught me off gaurd" he says, laghing. He moves his chair closer to mine. He grabs my hand and takes me to this like really weird room. Theres people in here but idk what the hell their doing. "Sorry, i felt like someone was listening to us in there, also, i wanted to ask you something" finney says, not letting go of my hand. "Okay..." i say. "You wanna ditch school and go to grab n go or somewhere else?" My eyes lit up, and i quickly say yes. He giggles and we go back into the room where our stuff is. We get our stuff and we leave. We go to grab n go but it wasnt open so we went to a arcade instead.
Finney POV: "your gonna learn how to play pinball" Vance says, as he opens the door for me. "i dont know if thats a good idea...what if i beat your high score." I say, sarcasticly. Vance grabs my hand and practilly drags me to the pinball machine. I almost tripped but he grabbed my waist and caught me. "Oh...um...thanks" i say, looking like a fucking tomato. Vance chuckles a little under his breath. He lets go of my waist. I stand there kinda akwardly until he says "so basically just imagine the ball as your worst enemys head. And just go along with it i guess" i look at the machine and then place the quarter vance gave me in the slot slowly. 'My worst enemys head..' i though of my father. I start playing and i think im doing pretty good.
Vance POV: Damn...who can make him this mad. "Fucking dipshit. Stupid ass fucking game." I heard finney say when he lost. "Who can make you that mad?" Finney giggled a bit and then said "my dad, i guess" i look at finney and i notice a faint freckles that was on his cheecks and nose. "Your so pretty, finney" i said, quickly covering my mouth. "Thank you, Vance. Your quite handsome yourself" Finney says, blushing pretty hard. "Do you want some popcorn or something?" I ask, thinking hes probaly hungry by now. His eyes widen and he says "oh, uhm no. I dont need anything. You can get something, though." I look at him. "Im not hungry right now" i lie. He frowns at me. "But you need to eat" he said. Hes acting like if hes my girlfriend right now. I wish he was my boyfriend. "You do too but here we are" i said, in a sarcastic voice. He giggled and then grabbed my hand. He led us to a claw machine. He pulled out a quarter from his pocket and placed into the slot. "What are you trying to win?" I ask, watching him. "Gwen saw a plush in here and she wanted it so im trying to win it for her" he says. "Wait, who is Gwen?" I ask, confused. "Oh! Shes my sister" finney said, winning the plush. He grabbed the plush and turned to me. We decided to head home, i ended up walking him home. When we got to his house he said he has to sneak through the window. He hugs me and says bye before climbing inside the window. I said bye to him and i headed home. I just relized how close our houses are.
