Akuma looked to Rex and Flexia for an answer, curious to learn what this "magic" was. With a puzzled expression on his face, he spoke up, "What is this... magic?"
Rex responded, eager to educate the devil on the concept of magic. He started by explaining, "Magic is the essence of life, a force that makes things happen in this world."
He continued, "Magic is a powerful and mysterious force that can be utilized to do incredible things."
Flexia nodded along, as she also agreed with Rex's explanation.
Rex continued to provide more details to Akuma regarding the concept of magic, saying,
"For instance, I can wield the magic of fire. That flame you used to burn the village, that's fire magic. Flexia is capable of using the power of ice, it's very cold. Many people aren't able to harness the powers of magic, but some do train to utilize it. There are multiple elements, several of which are yet to be known. There are elements that are deemed forbidden, 1. Death, 2. Darkness, 3. Light."
"Interesting..." Akuma itched his chin. He soon jumped up above and landed on the ground.
"Lord Akuma, shall we find something for you to wear?" Flexia stated as she stared at his behind, glowing red.
Akuma was caught off guard by Flexia's request that he wear something to cover himself, and he was surprised by their reaction to his appearance.
"Something for me to wear? Is it not proper to be without clothing?" He turned to look at Flexia and Rex in confusion, unsure of the reasoning behind their request.
Rex stated, "If you're going to be a lord, it's best to dress in quality, sir."
Akuma chuckled slightly as he understood the logic and decided to comply with Flexia and Rex's recommendation.
"I want something that will suit me for now. find me something as you say. I will now consume the knowledge of these humans piled up."
"Yes, my lord."
Flexia and Rex dashed off to retrieve a fitting outfit for Akuma, as he wasted no time beginning to extract the information from the corpses that surrounded him. In a matter of minutes, his mind was filled with knowledge of the world he was now in, and his curiosity and understanding of its workings were growing exponentially.
"Interesting..." Akuma softly spoke as he took in the new information, his eyes darting around in surprise and fascination.
After extracting an unimaginable amount of knowledge from the corpses, Akuma was filled with a sense of astonishment. He had never known a world such as the one he found himself in now.
As he waited for Flexia and Rex to fetch his new outfit, he looked to the horizon to see the rising sun, bathing him in its rays of light for the first time. His eyes were filled with awe, and his newfound power gave him a new perspective and admiration for the world around him. As his workers returned, he could see the first stages of reconstruction and progress.
Akuma waved at the slaves and they ran up to him, awaiting orders. "Build me a comfortable throne."
"Yes, my lord."As Rex and Flexia returned with an outfit fit for Akuma, he looked at it in awe and appreciation.
"Well, look at that! That looks impressive! Where did you get it?"
Rex took a deep breath, and responded, "We rushed to a nearby village and discovered the tailor, thankfully we were able to negotiate for your attire."
Flexia followed up, "We will also have a personal tailor for this new village, my lord."
Akuma looked pleased and spoke up with a chuckle, "That's what I like to hear! We shall expand and create a small thriving kingdom."
THREE DAYS LATER
In the span of three days since his birth into this world, Akuma had already succeeded in creating something remarkable for himself. After slaughtering the inhabitants of a village, he was now constructing it back up and claiming it as his own. With his newfound powers, he established himself as a ruthless lord and gained a small kingdom for himself.
Over the course of three days, the process of rebuilding the village was underway, with no time to rest. The slaves worked nonstop, barely sustaining their hunger and thirst, but they stayed strong through the manipulation of their minds. After numerous tireless hours, the throne room was finally finished, made from mere cobblestone, but to Akuma it was glorious and the highlight of his accomplishments thus far.
Flexia and Rex both stood by Akuma's side, positioned to witness his first entrance into the rebuilt keep. As he opened the doors to this newly constructed structure, his eyes were greeted by a sight that pleased him. The lighting within the keep was appropriate, highlighting the simple yet beautiful design, with the pillars providing a strong foundation. He moved forward and came across the throne, crafted from stone and cushioned with cotton and other materials, which made it comfortable to sit in. He ascended to the throne and sat down, fully appreciating his achievement.
Akuma took a moment to admire himself and his newfound throne, and he couldn't help but let out a laugh.
"I look good, don't I?" he joked, turning his attention to Rex and Flexia.
"New orders for you two. I want you to prepare a feast for the hard-working slaves. They definitely deserve a reward for constructing this glorious throne and maintaining it. Now, go and fetch some long tables to set up for the celebration."
A look of anticipation mixed with joy appeared in his eyes.
"Yes, my lord." As they bowed and walked off.
