Getting ready for work in the mornings wasn't as bad as it used to be. I used to hate going to my old job, I hated them bitches.
I put on my long sleeve shirt under my scrubs and put on my shoes. As I was singing, my phone started ringing interrupting me. Who the fuck even calling this early?
"Hello?" I said answering without even seeing who it was.
"Jalani wya?" I heard Bleezy ask, the fuck he want?
"I'm home, getting ready for work, what do you want?" I asked mugging, as if he could see.
"I'm sorry for flashing out yesterday, I told you I was going through stuff and took my anger out on you. That's my fault and I apologize for that."
"You straight, Imma call you back later though." I said hanging up.
I hold grudges, I can't even lie to you. So I didn't really care about no apology right now, I got shit to do anyways.
I grabbed my purse and phone and walked out to my car.
Charlotte Dentistry.
"Open wide for me sweetheart." I said to my patient. I cleaned their mouth and gave them water after. I've always loved my job, I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Maybe a couple millions but aye, you'll never know.
"Thank you Ms.Graham, can I book a dentist appointment for next month? I have a date I'm going on and he's really nice, I need to look every bit of good." My patient Ashley said smiling.
"Of course, is November 11th at 11:00am good?" I asked while typing on the computer.
"Sounds good to me, thank you so much." She said smiling and walking out.
I turned around and seen a $100 bill laying on the equipment table. I smiled and put it in my pocket. She always leaves tips, she's one of my best patients.
I put everything away and gathered my personal items. I cut the lights off and shut the door and walked out. Ashley was my last patient for today.
"See y'all later." I said smiling and waving at my coworkers.
"See you later girl be safe." Trina said smiling. Everyone else waved and smiled.
While I was walking to my car my phone started ringing. I looked and seen it was Ky calling me.
"Heyyy!" She said setting the phone up and doing her hair.
