The Will of Mori Ougai,

I will have to admit i have not that many a things to take with me but the accomplishments of my life. Which I may also have to admit in this moment may not be that many. I had taken over the Port Mafia and taken it from poverty to providence. If there was ever a more successful time in the future of the Port Mafia may I rise from my grave and see upon who has out risen me. For the future of the Port Mafia and the Organization on a whole, I leave with everyone the list of declarations I hope shall proceed in my absence. 

I, Mori Ougai, a resident of Yokohama, Japan, Declare this to be my last will and testament, and revoke all previous wills and codicils made by me, either jointly or severally.

Declarations : 

A. I Mori, Ougai can confirm I am of legal age and sound mind to make this Last will. 

B. This last Will expresses my wishes without undue influence or duress. 

C. At the time of executing this last Will :  I am married/ I am not married. 

I am married to Elise Ougai. 

D. At the time of executing this Last Will : I behold no children. 

ARTICLE I - APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR 

A. I appoint - Koyou Ozaki - to be the executor for this last will. May everything she implies or has implied be whats written within the next couple of lines. If nothing is implied correctly, may the second executor be left to make the decisions in her place. 

B. I appoint - Chuya Nakahara - to be the second executor for this last will. May everything he implies or has implied be whats written within the next couple of lines. If Nothing is implied correctly, the matter is to go to the higher ups in the council of the Port mafia. May they deal with this Will accordingly. 

C. The decision as for the future of the Port mafia was a thought I had given little to no time to think over. I hadn't considered at the time who would be fit enough to become the successor in my place. The knowledge - after a while - that I had imported into this business suddenly made everything clear to me and the decision much easier for me to handle. Given my unfortunate absence, the future of the Port Mafia shall go to none other than - Osamu Dazai -. If he is unavailable at the time of choosing - find men to track him down and convince him to stay. If this is unachievable - disband the Mafia and trade the businesses abroad to other businesses. The Port Mafia will not stand without my successor taking after me. 

D. As per Mafia tradition, any unclaimed or unsalvageable items that I own will be thrown into the sea including my history as a person in general. According to Mafia tradition, any files or documents signed under my name will be released from the regulation - meaning any and all who followed an order under my command will no longer have to listen to the command given. Any workers who had been appointed under my name will chose to leave or stay and any workers who came before will scout for anew to train under the new boss' lead. The head office on the 80th floor shall be refurnished according to the new boss as it will erase the final proof of my leadership and existence. All of these regulations will play out in the date or during the following week of my announced passing to leave time for grievance. 

Personal notes for executor or second executor :

- Osamu Dazai shall not be shown mercy or lease if he refuses the option on succession. If he intends to fight, argue or run from the offer at hand he is to be immediately transferred to the Mafia's K.O.S. list and removed from the world. The alternate on part c will then take place once Osamu Dazai has been announced dead. 

- 'Q' - or Yumeno Kyusaku - shall be handed over to the police if Osamu Dazai needs to be removed from the world. This ensures he has no alibi for life - removing all purpose/ excuse to keep him alive. Q will be removed via execution, ensuring that no hastle or possible bail to Dazai's removal. 

- Mori Ougai - Former Boss and physician of the Port Mafia. 

This will is checked and proofed by the council of the Mafia, the executives and leaders of all Organizations. It has been safely guarded and kept hidden from all members of the mafia and the public unless stated otherwise. Theft of such document belongs to category 7/Aw3 - under the law of treason hence forth meaning the thief at hand will face immediate execution.
