Valerie opened her eyes. She looked over and saw Billy asleep one of his arms around her waist. She couldn't help but smile. She slowly moved Billy's arm trying not to wake him but he woke up anyway. "Morning dollface" billy said, pulling her back into her original spot on the bed.
"Billy we have school" Valerie said.
"No we don't it's Saturday" he replied. he shut his eyes again. valerie was about to shut hers until her bedroom door opened. it was stu. billy opened his eyes and saw stu. "really stu i was about to go to sleep" billy spoke.
"dude sid wont stop calling u" stu said with wide eyes. he showed billys phone that was in his right hand.
"oh shit i told her to met me at a cafe at 8am" billy yelled and jumped out of bed. valerie rolled her eyes at the name. her phone lit up showing her moms face.
"oh fuck" valerie yelled making both boys turn to her. "my fucking mother is calling me" she said. both boys didnt say a word. they didnt know what to say. valerie picked up the phone pressing the green button. she put the phone up to her left ear.
"hello" valerie spoke into the phone.
"valerie grace what makes u think u can just hang up on me and not answer the phone all night" her mother yelled. "im on my way there right now and when i get there we are talking" and with that her mother hung up.
"yall should go my moms mad and i dont want her to take it out on yall" right when she said that she saw a car pull in. it was her moms car. "go now out the window" valerie said pointing at her opened window. she went down stairs and saw her mother.
"valerie where the hell is ur dad" rose yelled aka valeries mother.
"i told u he has been gone for days no calls no texts just gone" valerie said sitting down on the couch in front of her mother.
"why was billy here last night he answered the phone one of the 100 times i called" rose said. "are yall sleeping together or something" she added.
"what no mom me and billy were just hanging out nothing more" valerie let out a small laugh.
"have u done any drugs after that one night valerie" her nother asked.
"no why do u have to ask about drugs everytime i get over the fact i died u have to bring it back up and u wonder why i did drugs" valerie said looking out the window in front of her. she watched as a few kids played on the side walk and a car that went by until her mother spoke up.
"valerie u have to face the fact that u killed urself and almost didnt wake up have u even told anyone?" rose asked.
"no mom i have not told anyone anything not that my dad almost killed me, not that i died from drugs, not that ur never here to help me out and oh lets not forget i am not even ur real kid" valerie yelled. she got up from the couch and walked up stairs to her room. she walked in and saw billy loomis and stu macher with wide eyes. "w-what are yall still doing here" she asked as she wiped her eyes.
"valerie-" billy went to say but she cut him off.
"why should u care go back to ur bitch girlfriend im sure shes waiting for u" valerie said with pain in her voice. billy opened his arms and she walked into them. she started to cry she had never said any of that stuff out loud. soon after that billy and stu was gone.
(a/n hey so i know phones,vapes, and other things i say were not a thing in the 1990s but just act like they are. this is another short chapter but im lazy and my arms are starting to hurt from being on my laptop so i hope u enjoy it)
