Professor Snape

Chapter 2

You wake up in your new room for the year, none of it even felt real but it was and you had to get up and take a shower before your first day at Hogwarts.

You were exceedingly nervous, you didn't even know your way around the castle yet and you didn't even know anyone to show you around and actually get you to your classes.

You get done showering and put on your uniform which you like much more than your old uniform. You take one last look in the mirror,straightening your tie and decide you need some breakfast after not eating yesterday.

You walk through the common room and everyone kind of just stares and whispers to each other.

Great so that's how this is going to be.

You try to ignore it and just focus on finding the great hall right now which you think you actually remember where it is since it was the first place Professor Snape showed you but after that 3rd room everything started to get very confusing.

You actually made it in time to eat breakfast, you see that everyone is sitting based on your houses and you were kind of sad you couldn't just sit anywhere, you sit down at the Slytherin table towards the front and notice that all the teachers sit right in front.

You scan the teachers table and your eyes land on Professor Snape, to your surprise he was already looking at you, you give him a small smile and he gives you a nod, which made you feel good.

You start eating and then grab your pack to see what class you have first.

Charms...fuck where was the charms classroom?! Shit was it up to the left..or no down to the right..fuck. You panic to yourself.

Snape was once again reading your mind, seeing you panic he stands up and makes his way over to you as your putting your schedule back in your pack you look up and see him standing there.

"If your finished with your meal...follow me." He says. You nod and stand up, following him out of the great hall.

You don't know what he was doing but you end up in his classroom and he sits at his desk grabbing some parchment and his quill, beginning to write something.

"Sir? Am I in trouble?" You question.

He doesn't answer so you just linger by the door not sure if you should walk all the way in. After a few minutes without saying a word he stands up with the parchment in his hand and walks over to you and hands it to you.

You look down and see he wrote directions to your classrooms.

You don't know why but it kind of warmed your heart, you know it shouldn't have he just wrote you some directions but it meant a lot to you.

You look up at him. "Thank you so much Sir, I was actually just kind of panicking on how I was going to find my way around this castle." You say.

He actually gives you a little side smile back and that also warmed your heart, you don't know what you were feeling or why, it felt good but it also felt like something you should not be feeling towards a professor.

"I figured, just want you to be able to make it to all your classes on time." He plays it's off.

Which actually wasn't completely false but he really just wanted to help you and he didn't know why he felt such a need to help or care for you since you arrived but he just does.

"Well thank you again sir, It means a lot, you've really helped me with this, you are like the only person I kind of know here that has been so kind." You say.

It was very odd for him to hear some one thank him for doing something "kind" it felt weird but he also liked how it felt coming from you for some reason.
