Third persons pov:

The sound of a ringing alarm filled the room as Sebastian woke up from his deep sleep, he felt a weight on his chest, he looked down to see Liam curled up in a ball on his chest, he smiled and ran his hand through Liam's locks. He kissed Liam's head before carefully setting him on the bed and putting two pillows on each of his sides to make sure he doesn't roll of the bed before leaving so he's not late to work.

A few hours later,

Liam woke up to find that Sebastian was gone, tears filled his big and curious eyes as he wondered where Sebastian had gone to. After a few moments Natasha came through the door, worry took over as she saw Liam was crying.

"Liam? What's wrong?" Natasha asked him as she made her way over to Liam and sat down next to him on his bed. "s-seb" Liam mumbled as Natasha realized that he was probably missing Sebastian, "it's okay Liam, Sebastian wouldnt leave you forever he just had to go back to work" Natasha reassured Liam as he sniffled.

"Come on, we have to get you dressed, you have another doctors appointment" Natasha said standing up from the bed and picking Liam up from the bed. She took his clothes from the wardrobe and took him into the bathroom, she helped him wash his face and brush his teeth before she dressed him up in a white shirt and overall shorts as well as his navy colored shoes.

She then took him downstairs to the cafeteria so he could have lunch before they had to leave, she let him have three mini pancakes topped with maple syrup and a small cube of unsalted butter.

After Liam finished eating she grabbed him and went to the parking lot so they could make a visit to the hospital to check up on him.

When they arrive,

Natasha got out of the drivers seat and went to get Liam from his car seat. She carried him into the hospital and checked him in before going to the waiting area and sitting down in one of the chairs, placing Liam on her lap. "Nat?" Liam asked "yes?" Natasha replied looking down at him "see dr.Adriano?" Liam asked looking up at Natasha "yes Liam we're gonna say dr.Adriano in a bit" Natasha smiled down at Liam.

Once their names got announced Natasha made her way over to the room and sat Liam down on the hospital bed. "Dr Adriano!" Liam squealed as he made grabby hands for him, this action both caused Natasha and Adriano to be shocked as he still hadn't been that comfortable with them. Adriano smiled as he made his way to Liam and picked him up "hi buddy" Adriano spoke as he held Liam to his chest.

Liam hid his head into Adriano's neck and sighed in content. "Cmon bud we gotta get you checked up" Adriano tried to tell Liam but he just whined in protest. "I'll give you a lollipop and cuddles if you let me get you checked up" Adriano bribed and that seemed to catch Liam's attention since he let Adriano set him on the hospital bed and this time Liam let him without any protests.

Adriano pulled out his stethoscope and proceeded to check Liam's heartbeat. After he was done and made sure his heart was beating at a normal rate he moved on to looking at his bruises and pressing on them to see if they still hurt Liam or not.

After making sure he was healing properly he pulled out a cherry flavored lollipop from his drawer and opened it before giving it to Liam and giving him his earned cuddles. He sat down at his desk with Liam on his lap as he wrapped his arms around him and leaned into the chair sighing as he heard Liam licking the lollipop. He gave Liam a kiss on his head as they sat there in a comforting silence.

After a bit Adriano had noticed that Liam had fallen asleep, the lollipop still in his mouth. He carefully pulled the lollipop out of Liam's mouth and put it in the bin, he stood up with Liam in his arms still and went to pass him to Natasha since they had to leave, Adriano gave Liam one last kiss before him and Natasha left.

Natasha walked out of the hospital with Liam in her arms, fast asleep. She walked to the parking lot and over to her car, she set Liam in his car seat and buckled him in before going to sit in the drivers seat.

When they got back to the agency,

Natasha got out of the car and went to fetch Liam from his car seat, she went into the agency and made her way to Liam's assigned room. She went and got Liam's pajamas that were white with baby blue stripes, she tried changing him without having him wake up which she succeeded in.

After she changed him into his pajamas she tucked him in his twin sized bed and gave him a kiss before closing the lights and leaving his nightlight on before leaving his room and letting Liam take a nap.

Since Natasha was done with all her work she decided to go home, she went down to the reception to get signed out, she got her work pass and signed out before making her way to the parking lot. She opened the door to the drivers seat and got in the car,ready to go home and have a hot shower before taking a nap herself.

Once she arrived home,

Natasha went straight up her room and went to turn on the heater so she could have a hot shower before taking a nap. After a bit she got into the shower and stood in the shower with the hot water running over her head.
