Long before time had a name, Ninjago was created by the First Spinjitzu Master, alongside the Silver Soldier by using the five Weapons of Spinjitzu: The Scythe of Quakes, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Shurikens of Ice, the Sword of Fire, and the Fans of Phantom. Weapons so powerful, no one can handle their power all at once. When he and his protector passed away, the First Spinjitzu Master's two sons swore to protect them, but the oldest was consumed by darkness and wanted to possess them, along with a power that was just as strong as all five weapons combined. A battle between brothers broke out, and the oldest was struck down and banished to the underworld. Peace returned, and the younger brother hid the weapons, but knowing his older brother's relentless ambition for power, he placed a guardian to protect them. As for the ancient power, he found a way to convert the energy of the Silver Soldier and pass the essence through generations of soldiers to come, and hope to find the future soldier and train them to use the power for good. And for fear of his own demise, a map for an honest man to hide, along with an early sword for a compassionate dragon to protect.
