Jacob's Pov-

When I woke up I felt sick. I immediately ran to the bathroom. I've been sick for four weeks. I felt awful. I can hardly eat anything. I started throwing up once again. George walked in.

" Oh no sweetie. You're still sick?" He asked.

" No I'm just throwing up for no reason." I snapped. He grabbed a rag and got it wet. He flushed the toilet and wiped my face.

" I think we should take you to the doctors." George said. I nodded. We stood up slowly. We walked out of my room and I could smell Dream cooking. I felt nauseous again. I grabbed the trash can and started throwing up again. George rubbed my back gently.

" I'm going to take him to the doctor." I heard George say.

" Okay I'll stay here will Lillie. Call if you need anything." Dream responsed. George wiped my face again with a tissue. We walked out to the car and headed to the doctor. We walked in and waited to be called back. I felt terrible. We got called back so we followed the lady. George explained everything to the doctor as I leaned against him.

" Can you fill out some papers for me?" The doctor asked. I nodded lightly. I filled out the paperwork not paying much attention to what it says.

" Okay so we will have you take a urine test to find out if it's anything that we find." The doctor said handing me cup. I got up and walked into the bathroom. I peed in the cup quickly and handed it to the doctor. He walked out and I leaned against George again. He held me in his arms.

" I don't feel good." I said quietly.

" I know honey." He said rubbing my arms. The doctor walked back in after a little while.

" We are going to draw some blood if that's okay." He said. I nodded lightly. He drew some blood as I continued leaning against George.

" Okay we are going to run these as well." He said. I nodded again. He walked out after. My phone started ringing and I saw it was Roman. I answered.

" Hello." I said quietly.

" Hi darling. How are you feeling?" He asked softly.

" I'm at the doctors right now. Hopefully we figure something out." I said quietly.

" Okay darling. I'm just checking on you. If you need anything let me know." He said softly. I hummed lightly.

" I love you." He said.

" I love you." I said quietly. I hung up and the doctor walked back in. He sat down with some papers.

" Are you transgender?" He asked softly. I nodded.

" Okay that makes sense." He said. I was confused.

" What makes sense?" I asked.

" Jacob you're pregnant." The doctor said. I felt my heart drop.

" W-what?" I asked.

" The urine test came back positive for you being pregnant so that's why I wanted to draw your blood. They both came back positive. You're only a couple of weeks into the pregnancy." He said. I stayed quiet.

" There's nothing we can do about the morning sickness I'm afraid. Just go home and try to get some rest. Eat light foods and make sure to drink plenty of water as well as electrolytes." He said. I stood up with George and we walked out. George thanked the doctor and we walked to the car. I was in shock. What would Dream say about this? What is Roman going to say? We got in the cat but George didn't start it yet.

" Are you okay sweetie?" He asked softly. I shook my head and started crying.

" Oh honey." He said softly. He got out and came to my side. He pulled me into a tight hug.
