A/N: This story isn't really for people to like. It's just a story I wanted to write for myself. This is kind of personal to me. None of the events in here ever happened to me or anything. But the themes and the situations that the characters are going through are personal. So either way I hope you like it. If you don't that's cool too. Thank you for reading. Xxoo <3

It had been a few days since they saw each other. Neither had done much since then. And both had gone without proper sleep. It was odd how both of their lives were affected so drastically. Oliver had told himself that he needed to stay away. That it was what was best for the both of them. Yet his resistance was crumbling from the second he told himself those exact words.

There was something about her. Something he couldn't shake. Why was she so interested? Why did she care enough to lose her shit? He had asked himself all these questions so many times over the last few days and no answer had come to him. There was no answer. It didn't make sense as to why she would care, or why she would offer him her friendship. If that was what she meant by letting him call her whenever he wanted and stopping by her house when he wanted to. It was complicated now. He sighed to himself and stood up from his couch. He walked to the door and grabbed his jacket before leaving the house.

He walked quietly, trying to keep any thoughts out of his head. He didn't want to think about her or what she would say. He just wanted to get there and find out. Get there and see if she could really pull him apart. If she could really understand him as well as she understood herself. He then found himself at her door. Standing in front of it and hesitating to knock. He told himself he wanted to know. Wanted to see if she was really as good as she portrayed. But did he really want to know? Apparently he did, as he knocked on the door. He cursed himself for not just running away. He didn't need to see her. He didn't know her like that...

"Come in!" She called from across her apartment. Oli hesitated again before he turned the knob and pushed the door open. When he walked in, she wasn't alone. He then felt entirely awkward. "Oliver." She said quietly. He couldn't keep eye contact. The look in her eyes was so relieved and happy, it almost made his stomach turn. No one had been that happy to see him in the longest time.

"I'll be going then." He said quietly as he turned to walk back out the door. He had got out of the door and was about to walk down the hallway when he felt a hand grab a hold of his wrist. He turned his head and saw that it was Jade. Obviously. "What are you doing?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. She retracted her hand slowly. In the short time she had held onto his wrist, he had observed how small her hands were. And how soft they were.

"N-nothing sorry. But you don't have to go. I mean she's just my sister. She wasn't staying anyway. She just dropped by to get something." She explained in a rush. He didn't say anything for a moment. She looked so lost just then. How vulnerable was she? Apparently, unbelievably so. "You can stay..." She said softly. He was about to do something irrational like possibly kiss her but her sister walked out into the hallway, a shit eating grin on her face.

"Why didn't you tell me something?" The taller girl asked. She had blonde hair and a cheeky look on her face. Oli knew immediately that she was trouble. Jade furrowed her eyebrows and then her eyes widened.

"Harriett no, this isn't what it looks like." Jade tried. But her sister just smirked and held up a hand to silence her.

"Don't explain. I get it. It's something new huh? I'll leave you be then. Have fun." She giggled. Oli rolled his eyes.

"You're such a pain in the ass." Jade mumbled.

"Whatever. Don't get pregnant." Harriett sang as she walked down the hallway. Oli sighed and Jade groaned.
