CHAPTER 19 THE BELOS' PLANS

While Belos was planning his evil plan, Anne and Luz were at Hexside having breakfast during their break time.

-I think I'm getting used to this magic school," said Anne as she ate a mortadella sandwich.

-I'm glad to hear that Anne, I like to see you comfortable with new people," said Luz putting her hand on top of hers and making Anne blush a little.

Amity watched them from afar but she no longer felt remorse for their relationship, rather she wanted to sit next to them and talk, especially with Anne because of the things she did to her and also because she was slightly curious about how Sasha was in her world, so Amity took courage and approached them with a tray in her hands where she was carrying her lunch.

-Hi girls, umm, ...., could I sit with you?" Amity asked a bit nervously because even though she was forgiven she felt that maybe they didn't want to see her.

-Of course, why not," they both gave Amity room to sit down.

-What are you doing in Hexide Amity? Are you not grounded anymore? -asked Luz with a nod of her head.

-No...I'm not anymore," said Amity with a dry voice.

-Amity, you look a little sad, is something wrong? -asked Anne.

-No Anne, nothing's wrong, it's just that every time I see you two I remember the horrible things I did to you and even though I know you forgave me for it, I still feel guilty for doing what I did, all because of my stupid jealousy. -Amity said the last part in a low voice as she looked down and stared at the floor.

-I know it was hard but what happened is in the past, we can go back to being friends like before! -said Luz with a smile while drinking her apple blood juice.

-Sure, I'd love that," said Amity a little relieved.

-Well I'm glad we patched things up," said Anne while holding hands with Luz. "By the way Amity, recently another human like me came here and I was thinking of introducing her to you since I feel you two are very similar, her name is Sasha, you have almost the same personality," she said while laughing a little.

-Sasha," Amity said softly while blushing a little, "Yes, I already know her, we are, umm... friends, I think so.

-Oh, really? and how did you two meet? -said Anne with a smile.

-Amity was a bit nervous whether to tell the truth or not, since the reason why they met was to separate the two of them, "Umm it's a long story," she said with a nervous laugh.

-After school we can go see her, what do you think," asked Anne as she finished her lunch.

Amity undoubtedly blushed a little more as she didn't know what she was going to do once they saw each other again, after the last time she saw her...after that kiss, she definitely wouldn't have the words to have a stable conversation with her after what happened, every time she remembered his soft lips against hers she blushed more, taking the color of a tomato, it was a nice feeling and she wanted to see her again so much that she nodded her head and hurried to finish her lunch.

Once the three of them finished their lunches they left Hexside and headed to one of the small towns in Burgo Bones where Sasha would be, when they arrived at the place Sasha was in a gun store inspecting every type of weaponry that was there,As soon as Amity saw her she felt her heart start to beat faster and she felt more nervous, Sasha also saw her and her eyes lit up, she approached her and gave her a kiss on the cheek and hugged her tightly making Amity blush slightly.Anne and Luz were a little confused by Sasha's action and look at each other trying to understand what was that?

-Wow Sasha, you two seem to be getting along really well, huh? -said Anne.

-Yeah well, let's say so," said Sasha.

Amity was as red as a tomato, she wanted to talk to Sasha but she felt so nervous that she couldn't even find the words to talk to him.

-Amity, are you okay? You are very red, do you have a fever? -said Luz bowing her head slightly.

-N-no I...I'm fine," said Amity with a very red face, she was very close to Sasha right now and didn't know how to react.

-Amity, can we talk for a moment alone? -said Sasha with a worried face as she took her hand.

-Of course," said Amity and she and Sasha went to an alley to have more privacy to talk together.

-Listen Amity, while I was walking through the woods of this world I met a strange guy who was spying on that human's house," said Sasha with a worried tone.

-You mean Luz?

-Exactly, the guy was wearing a white cloak and his uniform and mask were of a golden color, he was with some other guards and they had a few tents behind a huge tree, I guess so they wouldn't be seen but Amity, you have to know that they probably aren't planning anything good.

-Oh no, this is bad...but why are you telling me instead of her?

-I didn't know how she would react, besides, she and my friend Anne are dating and I...I've never seen her so happy, I just don't want to ruin her happiness for this although I know they'll know soon enough but for now do you think you could take care of this? When I was in the basement of your house I saw it was full of slimy robots that umm..what did you call it? -said Sasha.

-Abominable Sasha, abominable," said Amity with narrowed eyes.

-That's right! You could easily stop those guards with those abominable machines and they won't interfere with the owl house the two of them live in," said Sasha and put an arm around her shoulder.

-Sasha, you don't understand, those guards are from Emperor Belos and they have access to the abominables, I can't do that because they have control of the machines," said Amity trying to make Sasha understand.

-Oh, I understand..." Sasha removes her arm, "Then I'll help you!

-What?

-I'm very good with weapons, especially with swords, we can go and face them together.

-But Sash- Sasha puts a finger on her lips, preventing her from speaking and making her blush a little.

-I know that we might be only two of us, that we probably don't have the necessary strength, that they are more than us, I know that perfectly well but please Amity, you saw Anne's power, if they capture her, it will be the end for her, the magic they have here can hold someone's power completely, that's why we can't involve her either," said Sasha in a reasonable tone.

-You're right, we have to solve this on our own before they do something terrible.
