Matt pulls into the parking lot at the restaurant and parks. Everyone gets out and then they make a reservation for a table of 6. After 20 minutes they go to their table and sit down.
Ella and Chris sit in the middle with Matt and Hailey on the right side and Alahna and Nick on the left side.
"So Hailey where are you from?" Matt asks.
"New York!" Hailey responds.
"That's cool!" Matt says smiling at Hailey.
"Thanks!" Hailey says smiling back at Matt.
Their server comes over and gets their drink and food order. As they wait for everything to get there everyone starts to talk to the person they are next to.
"I'm glad we are close Ella," Chris says with a smile.
"I am to Chris," Ella responds with a smile.
"So are you also from New York?" Chris asks Ella.
"Yeah, me and Hailey have been friends for forever!" Ella answers with.
"I'm really happy I get to have her here! I'm really happy I moved here in general! I got to meet you, Alahna, Nick, and Matt!" Ella says smiling at Chris
"I'm really happy you moved here too! If you didn't we wouldn't have been able to be a big friend group and all get as close as we are," Chris says with a smile.
The food arrived so everyone stopped talking and got the food to the right person. After everyone had finished they paid, left a tip, and left.
Everyone got into the seat they were in before and they drove Hailey home. Once they arrived everyone said bye to Hailey and they went back to camp.
Everyone went to their cabin. Ella felt her phone buzz in her pocket. She checked and it was a message from Chris
——————————————————— Chris 🧡: Do you mind if I stay in your cabin tonight? Matt and Hailey are on call with each other and I need to sleep.
Elli 💗: I don't mind at all! And I'm sure you will get all of the sleep you could ever need Chris even if you didn't come to my cabin.
Chris 🧡: Anyways I'll be over in 10, Thanks Elli! ———————————————————
"Guys I hope you're ok with it but, Chris is going to be staying here tonight. He says Matt and Hailey are on call and he "needs his sleep," Ella says to Nick and Alahna
"I didn't know you and Chris talked like that, but it's fine with me!" Nick responded.
"Same here I'm fine with it," Alahna said as Chris walked through the door.
Chris set his stuff down near Ella's Bed since it was the only bed that didn't have someone on the top of the bunk bed.
Everyone started to go to bed and Chris eventually fell asleep after texting Matt. -
