With this quirk deku has a different power for every emotion. For each emotion he also has different colored hair and eyes. In emergencies he can split his body into his clones (like shadow clone, one for each emotion).

I love this idea because deku is a very emotional person. I like the idea of whenever he meets a new hero he runs around Super fast, I just find it funny. With a quirk like this he would also need to learn how to control and use his emotions to help people. And with his sadness water quirk he will still have super powerful crying but the tears will be fresh water that he can control and heal people with. It's a very powerful quirk but takes control for deku to not accidentally use his quirk when he changes emotion. And his hair and eye color constantly change.
