This quirk would allow Izuku to tank any hit and absorb the kinetic energy. He can then send out the kinetic energy with the same force. He can collect energy for stronger hits. The quirk does have a limit for how strong hits he can take but over time his body and bones become denser and his energy absorption increases making him more powerful. Add this with one for all and he is even more op.
Story idea
Izuku is told that his quirk is having a denser body and bones, he's told it's too weak for hero work. He is bullied for having a weak quirk. Throughout the years Bakugou attacks him, making his quirk stronger, until he is unable to overwhelm Izuku's resilience (he just thinks deku is resilient and thinks it's a weak quirk or something). Then when the slime villain attacks bakugou in his panicked state he releases some of the energy he collected over the years and defeats the slime villain. He gets trained by all might and gets one for all and becomes even more op.
