Claudio's Choice

During a solo walk around the castle one starry night, Daniella was surprised to hear music coming from the royal garden, so she made her way outside and smiled as she remembered what happened there during the ball. When she reached the very bench where they had their first kiss, who should be waiting for her but Claudio, who was all smiles when he saw her. After twirling her around for fun, Claudio laughed along with Daniella as they swayed to the music, his arms wrapped around her as they gazed at the stars.

"You know, Daniella...you've been trying your hardest to be like us and follow our ways, so I think it's fair that I try a human tradition. And since we love each other so much, I think this would be the perfect time to ask you a question that's been on my mind for quite some time."

With that, he carefully got up before kneeling in front of Daniella, causing her to gasp before her eyes widened when he pulled out a ring with a dazzling ruby gem.

"Daniella Moreno...will you marry me?"

"Yes! Yes, I will!"

As soon as the ring was perfectly fitting her finger, Daniella squealed as she leapt into Claudio's arms before they kissed, all while the King and Queen looked on in pride. Not only had their son finally chosen someone to marry, but that someone was a young woman who cared for their family, and they were ready to welcome her into the family.

When a wedding ceremony was held in the garden a matter of months later, Daniella was both excited and surprised that she was becoming a princess, and she even made sure to invite the townsfolk to the grand celebration. Thanks to having some of her ballgowns incorporated into her wedding dress, she smiled at the memories that they helped her recall before going on with the ceremony. When the time came for Claudio to kiss his bride, Daniella started crying tears of joy, but Claudio was quick to make her smile by holding her tight and dipping her as they kissed. While everyone else cheered at their moves, Claudio smiled as he helped Daniella up before drying her eyes and squeezing her hand, and they rushed into the castle to prepare for the reception. The meal and dancing would be held in the ballroom, and after changing into more comfortable outfits that were still regal, Claudio and Daniella made their grand re-entrance before dancing together in the middle of the ballroom.

From that moment on, Daniella was now Princess Daniella of the Locutoria Kingdom, complete with Claudio as her Prince. Even though she wasn't used to being royalty, she tried her best to be both royal and humble, and that made the royal family love her even more. And with them both having the ability to live forever, the two of them lived happily ever after... forever and ever.
