The story starts akshara went to hospital where abhir on bed after his nasty plot with manjiri and Abhimanyu taking care him .............akshara is in dilemma she started getting flashes of Manjari asking her to get a abortion because it is abhinav's child , her bade mumma Saying that Akshara cannot move on with Abhimanyu,If she continues her pregnancy which is actually also true because she don't love Abhimanyu, Her son, her son, no no it's Abir Abhimanyu Birla, a great Abhimanyu Birla, son and grandson of ms. manjeri......who remembers her surname..... asking Akshara to kill the baby because baby is coming between in between his happy family dream, he completely forgot about Abhinav. Abhinav who has put his life in Akshara and Abir and love them selflessly but Abir just forgot Abhinav now so quickly and he wants to kill the last memory.
Akshara don't know when she went towards gynaecology department and she saw a doctor waiting for her. Akshara went and asked doctor , what's happening? Why are you waiting for me? Dr said Mrs Sharma we got a request for abortion from birlas but I am waiting for your consent to sign on it. Here is the form she said.
