Prerna was kicking and slapping Manjari for 5 minutes continuously and Abhinav who was enjoying saw that Manjari was about to vomit blood , on Prerna's feet soo he immediately pulled Prerna back and said "Mumma , your new saree will get spoiled because of her bad blood. Please step aside". To which everybody saw him in disbelief. He was worried about Prerna's saree but not Manjari's coughing due to injuries given by Prerna.
