"What's this?"

Time turned to see sky pointing up to the night sky to see a shooting star passing by.

"Have you never seen a shooting star?" Legend asked, wide eyed at sky. Who in all honesty was the most likely to know what a shooting star is.

Sky shook his head as another one passed by. "It seems to be a star shower!" wind said bouncing in place

"meteor shower" twilight corrected "Ive never seen a meteor shower before ether.." wild said, twilight shot him a confused look

"your Hyrule gets shooting stars all the time, how have you not seen a meteor shower??" Wild shrugged "I dont know, they never come all at once like this.."

Time smiled "you know, they say if you wish upon a then that wish would come true. Some also say if you lucky enough to see shooting stars then that will grant you good luck" sky's eyes shown with curiosity.

"Really?!" Time smiled and nodded wild also seemed extremely excited but then he pouted "if shooting stars grant good luck then how did my journey come to be the way it way-"

Legend was the one to answer "Hylia." Yeah. Yeah that explained it all. Sky frowned at that and legend turned to him. "Look if hylia was like sun then I would be protecting her too, but she isn't. At least not mine.."

A few nods came from the group before wind shouted "Guys, are we not going to wish?!" Time smiled at the youngster "sure."

The next few minutes of the chain wishing later they set up camp as wild started on making dinner. And time smiled, maybe his wish wouldn't come to be, but at least he can hope. He can wish that this would last forever, the constant teasing, the comfort in having them, that he and the boys could be on this journey together for the end of time...
