choices ... is all that matters ?

chapter 2

8:30 am, Oliyando

I took shower as fast as I could and I pulled my jeans a simple shirt and a pair of boots and ran as fast as I could. I knew that if I get late I would have to listen more and my excitement would vanish, so trying not to trip I ran across the staircases. Sometimes I wonder why I am a princess. Why do I have to act so different and do as my father says? Anyways, as I entered our living room I nearly fell and I screamed as the floor is so slippery.

“Ella honey is everything alright?” said my mom running towards me. “Yeah my mom I’m fine.” I said trying act calm. Then my mom caught me and took me near our big sofa made of leather where my father was sitting. “What happened Emily?” asked my father. “Oh, nothing dear. It’s just that our daughter nearly tripped but don’t worry she is fine” replied my mom. My dad gave me a sneaky look and started his boring lecture.

 “Gabriella Princip Phillip Jersey the royal princess of Oriyando and the heiress to Ferdinand Princip Phillip Jersey as you said you want to go to New York which far away from Oriyando, thinking that you will not forget your promises I have given you the opportunity to prove yourself right. You may sit in a simple apartment and so to a common school but you always need to remember that you are a princess, and a princess should not forget her morals. I have learnt that we should trust the younger generation and give them a chance, so keeping this in mind I’m sending you on your own. I hope you won’t make me regret.”

I tried to act as if I cared and just tried to pay attention for a while. I felt that his words were the buzz sound of bee that was buzzing near my ears. He paused for a second and he started again.

“Gabriella, as I your father I have the right to get worried about your security and life. So, I hope you don’t get me wrong and will take Joe with you. Joe is your bodyguard. He will be with you whenever you go out, that includes your school too. Joe is a noble man and I trust him, I hope that you will think about it and be good to him”

“What do you mean Daddy? You had promised me that I could stay alone and anyways you had allotted any bodyguards to Nicholas. Why do you act so unfair sometimes?” I shouted. “No, I am not unfair my child. I’m just worried about you and I have the right to be concerned about your security and Nicholas is not childish like and can differentiate between right and wrong. So, not arguments young lady, just take Joe with you. He is outside our palace waiting for you in the car.” he said.

“But, Daddy…………. As you say so” I said being not able to speak. “That’s like a brave girl. So, Emily it’s time for Gabriella to go so let’s drop her.” said dad.  Mom nodded and headed towards the lawn and I followed them.

Things to be noted:

thank god !! dad’s lecture were not that bad 

need to get this bodyguard out of my life as fast as possible.

Now who is this bodyguard and how is he? Is he rude like those I see in movies? I just hope that I can kick him out as fast as possible.

hey guys i just updated this new chapter hope you will it. maybe this is beyond your expectation but think about the bodyguard how will he turn up???
