So apparently I was logging in wrong, so I still technically have this account, but it's a hassle to get into lmao. So I won't be here often.
-------------------
The hoodie itched at his skin, scars etched into his skin. Being careful to not scratch too hard on the sensitive skin there, Sean scratched for a bit before taking off the hoodie. The biggest scar, and the oldest, reached from the left, disappeared under clothing by the next, before shooting back up again and going on the right arm. It was a nasty burn mark, from a long time ago.
Under the shirt, his back had the biggest amount of burn marks, the biggest tattoos among all the others was this one; the main part were giant inked wings, the middle part of it at the top, held a sun and birds flying in the burned skys.
The other tattoos start at the middle of the arm. and go up to the shoulders. Snakes, skulls, tic tac toe, are around in controlled chaos, some made by himself, or by professionals. Under those tattoos were long, thin lines of scars, these being old but not older than the burns. They are on both arms, and sometimes are in different shapes.
Continuing to work on the thing in front of him, Sean let the cold breeze wash over him as he worked. It was going to be a tower, with bricked cobblestone or whatever it was called for the floor. Dark oak planks for the walls, and a connection to a secret base that was under a mountain. It was gonna have a farm, before Sean had scrapped it as all the other farms failed horribly, and didn't work. He also had plans for a mob farm, but Sean also scrapped that one looking at the disaster of last attempts.
Rubbing his forehead, Sean sighs and decides to take a break. Leaving his hoodie, Sean goes into the unfinished base, the bottom story being finished, and then nothing else. Grabbing his water bottle, Sean sighs again, before tilting it upside down, and starting to drink. Wiping the remaining water away, and putting the water down on a random chest, Sean goes and sits on a chair, before sinking into it.
Waiting a few minutes there doing nothing, just staring at the ceiling made him realize something: he was absurdly bad at building buildings. Sure, sometimes they looked alright, but most of the time they looked bad, real bad. Stopping the self deprecating thoughts, Sean sighs before getting up from the chair.
Walking out the doorway, Sean stares at the ever growing pile of ideas, because the tower is an empty space. Grabbing the pencil from his inventory, he starts to once again write. Scaffolding placed in certain places, arrows pointing out what is what. Already getting tired, Sean rubs the tiredness growing from his eyes, to hopefully try and stay awake.
(Is that a Kim pov I see????? That's quite rare! Good find!)
Kim sprints towards the now known base Sean would presumably be at right now, he has some things to go over, like becoming ally's. Kim or Sean would probably betray each other, but eh, details, it doesn't matter until later. Walking through the wooded area, Kim still had trouble looking for the base.
Closing his eyes as he sighed out, wanting to just bang his head against a tree or something. Looking above the trees, Kim sees a single line of something above the tree trops. Crossing his fingers, Kim hoped that this was Sean's base, because he can not stand walking anymore. Bassing under the next tree, he sees the line grow into like three.
Starting to sprint, Kim jumps over logs and other things. Seeing Sean in the distance, Kim lets out a sigh of relief, having to not track the man down just to talk. The weird thing was, as he got closer, Kim realized something, Sean wasn't wearing his, at this point, iconic black hoodie.
Anywhere anytime, that thing would be on, even in the very hot summers. As Kim got a few blocks closer he realized why tattoos were spreaded across Sean's arms, almost like a full canvas that had been painted on too many times. It was…. Chaotic, but the cool kind of chaotic. Colors clashed, mostly just dark colors, art styles clashed together, and it all came together to become a masterpiece.
There were probably more tattoos, ones he couldn't see. Hidden from the world, never to be seen. Shaking his head, Kim goes over why he's here, becomes an ally or something, and maybe talks about the tattoos. Maybe.
Clapping his hands to make a sound, he sees Sean's head shoot up, so Kim waves his hand, smiling widly as he reaches closer to Sean. Sean looks to be closing his notebook, putting stuff in there before closing it. Getting up, Sean walks the rest of the way to Kim, as Kim stopped running, sliding to a stop.
"Hey Kim! How's it going!" Sean smiles brightly at Kim, completely forgetting about the tattoos he had on his own body. This close Kim can clearly see a lot of them, some are snakes, flowers, and some other stuff. Honestly the coolest thing was the tic tac toe squares, done very badly, the O's being a lot better than the X's.
Continuing on a conversation, Kim thinks in the back of his mind how he brings these tattoos up. Sean starts to rant about pokemon, for some odd reason or another, probably ranting on what Pokemon is the best.
Then it continued to other stuff, like ideas for different things, like island flooded things. A breeze washed over the two of them, it was the middle of the fall, so it was the kind of cold you wouldn't notice until you felt a breeze or something. The breeze made Sean visually shiver, the talking died down as Sean looked at his arms. Kim heard an audible huh come from Sean, before confusion, and then nervousness came onto Sean's face.
"So like, you… want to know about these right," Kim nods his head, "and could you possibly forget about it?" Kim shakes his head. Sean rubs his neck, looking slightly sheepish and nervous, "yeah okay, that's… fair, I guess I could talk about the reason why I've got all these I guess."
(Sean's pov(kinda ig idk))
"So uh, when I was younger, I had gotten into a house fire, sustained a lot of burns, from like neck, legs, arms, and back, and I was insecure so I… cut myself, it isn't my proudest moment and I was a teenager, so there was a lot of insecurities."
"I started getting tattoos to cover them up, the biggest tattoo being on my back, incorporating the burn marks, so that's my life story I guess," Sean tells the story as Kim nods along to it.
"What about the tic tac toe ones?" Kim asks, Sean seems to reboot before processing it, a lightbulb clicks on.
"Oh! Oh yea, so like, I challenged my tattoo artist a lot to tic tac toe, it was fun and stuff, so I kept doing it here and there, it was fun."
