Y/N was an ordinary woman in Fontaine, she had worked as an assistant for the well known, so called judge Neuvillette. She had been working long hours, and had already been burnt out. She knew exactly what she needed at a time like this. Her mind began to flood with sensual thoughts as she slowly sipped on her tea. She had zoned out and hadn't noticed the little melusine in front of her, trying to catch her attention.

"Hello? Miss Y/N? Hellooo?" She spoke, finally knocking Y/N out of her trance. "Oh, I'm so sorry. I um.. I just zoned out for a second." She blushed as she became embarrassed. "Was there something you needed?" She asked the melusine. "Yes ma'am, Neuvillete needs your assistance. There has been an incident in the Fortress of Meropide, and he's requested your help for the matter." The Fortress of Meropide.. She thought. "Okay. I'll come see him in a minute." I assured her. She then nodded and walked off.

If I'm going to the Fortress, does that mean I'll see.. no, stop thinking like that. Ugh.. what is wrong with me?!

I knocked on the office door. "May I come in? It's me, Y/N." I waited for a response. "Oh yes, please come in." I then walked in after I got permission. "I heard you needed me for an incident at the Fortress, may I ask what's going on?"

"Right. Wriothesley and Clorinde have requested my help, and I'd like you to assist me there as you have a vision of your own, and I'm sure you'll be of great help." Neuvillette spoke. "Okay.. how soon do we have to be there?" I asked.

"We need to go, now." He said sternly. "Unless you want the Fortress to be destroyed permanently." My eyes widened and I obeyed immediately. He went in front of me and lead me to the Fortress. What could be happening.?

"Y/N, I need you to go to the Fortress before me, you're strong enough to stop an inconvenience that may occur. Although, if the matter is too much for you to handle, I will take over. Go on now, I'll know if I need to assist."

I was nervous but I nodded my head, and entered the Fortress. I quickly ran to where the issue had been located and saw Clorinde. As if she sensed my presence, she turned and spoke. "She's arrived. Just in time." I ran up next to her and saw Wriothesley beginning to use his vision. "Be ready to run." Clorinde said. Then, there was a thud.

The whole place shook and a burst of a ton of primordial sea water, too much for me to handle, at that. Wriothesley used his vision to freeze the water, but it wouldn't hold up for long. It quickly broke and quickly began to flood the place. Wriothesley ran to where we were, nodding at Clorinde. She then shot a mechanism that was used to close the door just in time for Wriothesley to make it out. He used his vision to freeze the door.

"Find Neuvillette, tell him the defenses are about to collapse." He said. I nodded and quickly went to get him, only to find he was already on his way. He quickly stopped the water and resolved the issue, at least for now.

We all went to for Neuvillette's office to discuss everything together, but Clorinde and Neuvillette went their own way.

"Hey, you okay?" Wriothesley then spoke to me. "I should be asking you that. That was really risky, Wriothesley. You need to be more careful." He smirked at me teasingly. "What, you think I can't handle a minor inconvenience? I'm hurt, Y/N, truly."

He said, obviously sarcastically. I rolled my eyes and smiled a bit, looking over to see Neuvillette discussing the matter with Clorinde. They seemed too distracted by their own conversation to notice us getting slowly closer to one another.
