If you know, you know. If you don't know, this is the newly revised version of a book I originally wrote for Camp NaNoWriMo, April 2016. This was my project for NaNoWriMo 2023 and it remains very important to me.
What can you expect in this new revision?
The giggles remain. It was very important to me that I kept the giggles in, but I gave them a purpose. The main plot has been altered, just enough to clarify certain story elements and to correct some inconsistencies with character details; location descriptions, etc. The female MC's lifestyle is also changed. A consistent question I've received on the book is the kind of family she has, which is loosely based on my own. I am changing it because it is difficult to explain and not always understood by outsiders.
I always wanted to include a prologue from the male MC's POV, describing the aftermath of his parents' divorce, his reaction to his mother being in a new relationship, and the budding crush he has on the female MC. The divorces are a reason for the pair's bonding.
The blurb/description/summary is a work in progress. I've struggled with it a lot over the years, but hopefully, the new changes will help me bring it together.
