Disappeared

1: First Of All

"Ok so first of all I hate you and second of all NO! I am not going on that trip" Malrey screamed

"But you agree your father has to still be alive, a man like him he should be here today he couldn't have just magically disappeared" Daxton their dad's friends said

"Daxton, every year many people go missing in Everest, It's common, we just have to accept it" Hope explained

"Just think about it" Daxton replied

"The last thing I want to do is go somewhere where our father died, End of discussion" Marley informed

Daxton exited the room and tears started to drip town the twins faces. How could that happen to them, 2 years after their mom passed. The twins looked out the window and saw that Daxton had left but before they could move their stepmom walked in.

"UGGGG yo step-monster can you please just leave us alone!" Marley cried

"Girls I'm just coming in to say that you should take this trip it would be fun, I know Daxton is a bit crazy and telling you all these things about him being alive, but pay your last respects to your father" and then she left

"Marley, I know how much you hate her but she is right, maybe, just maybe, we should" Hope suggested

"WHAT DOES SHE KNOW? SHE WORKS AT A DANG TATOO PARLOUR DOWNTOWN" Marley screamed

Hope left the room but before she was completely out the door she whispered "Just think about it"

The girls knew their father died the oxygen tanks only go for 3 days before they run out of air so everyone pronounced him dead. They even had a funeral.

Marley is a straight A student top in her grade 8 class she was more sensitive than Hope was and was really shy. Hope acts like she doesn't have feelings and acts like a total dare devil.

When Hope came back upstairs to go to bed Marley was still there

"Uh Marles, your supper's on the table if you want some" Hope politely informed

"Not hungry"

"Come on Marley you have to eat something"

"Not hungry!" Marley yelled

"You know what for some braniac you really aren't that smart! I'm trying to help you, I know your sensitive and I'm just trying to be there for my sister!" Hope screamed

Marley huffed she didn't care what Hope thought or said. For weeks she had been hoping that her father would turn up but nothing! Not a single trace. Why would Daxton want to go there anyway he had only been dad's friend for a few months. Even though Marley hated the step-monster she was right they do need to pay there final respects.

"Hope, maybe your right" Marley said

"What do you mean?" Hope asked

"About going to pay our final respects" Marley replied

"What made you change your mind Marles" Hope asked

"I don't know I just miss him and what else do I do" Marley replied

"Are you sure you want to do this Marley?" Hope asked

"Positive"

Hope went downstairs to tell their step mother Allison about how Marley changed her mind and she booked their flight.
