"I feel like this is happening really fast Hope" Marley explained
"What do you mean?" Hope asked
"Well, It's only been 2 weeks since I made the decision and maybe I'm not to sure anymore"
"Everything will be fine"
Marley and Hope were packing when Daxton came rushing in.
"Girls! Girls! great news they have an extra seat for me so I'll be coming!" he explained
The girls looked at each other and gave a nervous smile.
"Great.......Great.....Great" Hope sarcastically said
"Girls! hurry up we need to drive to the airport!" Daxton said running down the stairs
"Great, first the step-monster now the crazy" Marley said as she rolled her eyes
The girls curled their long black hair and headed downstairs with their bags and suitcases. When they got downstairs Daxton put their stuff in the trunk and they headed to the airport. They walked into the airport and boarded the small plane heading to Mt. Everest.
"Ew these peanuts are disgusting" Hope complained
"Yeah" Marley replied
"So Angela when do you think we will be arriving?" Hope asked
"Soon I think about an hour" Allison replied
"Hope I told you only call her step-monster" Marley exclaimed
"Sorry" Hope whined
Marley had no idea why their father had fallen for Allison. She was no where on the level he was, he was a scientist always looking for new idea's and mystery's to slove and Angela owned a tattoo parlor and hadn't finished college. But ever since he met her he seemed happy so that made Marley happy but she still didn't like Angela just something about her didn't click.
"EVERYONE WE HAVE ARRIVED AND WILL BE LANDING" the pilot informed
"HAVE A GREAT TIME"
When they got off the plane they got onto a helicopter to take them to camp In Mt. Everest.
"Really?" Hope shrieked
"What!" Allison nervously screamed
"These tents are tiny!" Hope sobbed
"Yeah, are we all going to be sleeping there??" Marley asked
"No, me and Daxton will take that tent" Allison said pointing to the left
"And you guys will have this tent" she explained
Marley and Hope went into the tent and set up sleeping bags and put their stuff in the tent. The tent was about four feet wide and four feet across and four feet high which left almost no room, Marley and Hope were small for there age but not that small. The tent's color was bright orange with yellow random designs.
"I think we win ugliest tent of the year award" Hope barked
"You can say that again" Marley laughed
Marley and Hope were laying down in there tent when they heard a voice yell
"EVERY GREEN CLIMBER PLEASE REPORT TO THE CAMPFIRE"
"I guess that's us" Marley said
Marley and Hope went down a man made path to where the fire was.
"Hi, my name is Jeffery Wilson and I am going to be your group leader's until we get to camp 2, we will be stopping at camp 1 to get supplies and resources and will stay there one night and leave at 4:00am but for tomorrow to camp 1 we leave at 4:00am and anyone later than that will be unfortunately left behind thank-you" our base camp leader informed
"4:00am is that even real? there is no way!" Hope yelled
"Hope, it's okay and even if we were going to camp 3 from 2 we would wake up at 3:00 but we only have to go to camp 2 to pay our respects" Marley concluded
"Yeah your right"
"But it's going to be a long day tomorrow" Allison groaned
