Chapter 1

Information

Takes place 3 months after Gibbs came back from Mexico. Ziva and McGee bashing. Abby, Jimmy and Ducky are supporting, Jenny being a good boss. Tony and Gibbs endgame

It's been 3 months since Gibbs came back from Mexico and took back the team. In those 3 months, Ziva and McGee became even more unbearable and Gibbs continued to turn a blind eye toward them

Right now though an Agent is sitting at his desk looking at an email sent from the school he's attending. Since Gibbs came back Tony had more free time and with the encouragement of every agent on the floor, Jenny, Jimmy, Abby and Ducky he used his free time to go back to school taking behavior analysis classes

He first wanted to join because of the guest speaker that was there when he visited, Doctor Spencer Reid, a childhood friend of his. Once Spencer found out just how talented Tony was he recommended him to professor Kelly who takes in people in the police force

In the three months he's been attending classes Tony has passed every test with flying colors the board of the school decided to let him take the exams 2 years early. Having taken them a week ago, the results were just sent in. So now here we are waiting for Abby, Ducky, Jimmy and Jenny

"Tony!" Abby rushes in with Ducky and Jimmy behind her as Jenny walks down the stairs "We got your message, it came in?" Tony nods pointing to the screen "Well open it!" Abby was jumping in her spot making Ducky laugh

"I can't what if I didn't pass?" Tony asked standing in front of his desk, some of the agents came closer when they heard he got the test results in. Ziva, McGee and Gibbs also walked closer confused on what was going on

"Tony come on, it's you. Of course you passed" Balboa said standing next to him "You do it" Tony told him. Laughing Balboa opens the email clearing his throat he makes sure everyone's attention is on him "Dear Anthony DiNozzo JR, we are here to inform you that...."

Abby and Jimmy hold hands, Jenny and Ducky rest a hand on Tony's shoulders, other agents have their fingers crossed

"You have passed the exams. Congratulations!" Everyone started cheering as Abby and Jimmy brought Tony into a hug "Holy shit Tony" Balboa said catching everyone's attention "What? What's wrong?" Tony asked feeling nervous

Balboa laughs, turning the computer around for everyone to see. Tony was shocked to see his score 100%. Everyone cheered louder knowing that the last person to score a 100% was over 30 years ago

Jenny laughs as she stands next to Tony watching everyone celebrate his victory "You know you're going to be headhunted for the next few months right?" Tony nods knowing he will be but he also knows he'll be leaving in a couple of days if the interview Spencer set up for him goes well

"After work celebration at Joe's!" Jimmy said, making some cheer "I have to go call Spencer!" Tony said, grabbing his phone and rushing towards the elevator. Ducky and Jenny stand side-by-side watching Tony rush off "He's going to get that job, isn't he?" Ducky asked sadly

He loves working with Tony but he also knows how much working here is hurting the young man, if he doesn't get out soon there won't be a bright Tony DiNozzo anymore, just a shell of the man he once was

"Yeah. Yeah he is" Jenny said, feeling the same way about the young man. Gibbs stood behind them, listening to their conversation, he didn't know Tony was going back to school or that he's planning on leaving

Come to think of it, he hasn't seen Tony outside of work even before he left for Mexico. The last time he could remember seeing him outside of work was when they ran into each other when Tony was at a bar
