The last thing a delinquent needs is a job yet sometimes it is important to make ends meet. Itto had been in such a predicament more times than he could count. Though he would only take on a job once he was all out of Mora, literally, working off his bones sometimes just to have enough to get by. Sometimes he is doing the jobs all by himself, other times with his gang. This time? He had been all by himself. That meant he got all the spoils from that job. It was nothing complicated, just delivered things from a to b a few times. The day had passed by quickly as a result and he was ready to celebrate with the boys! He had been looking forward to this in fact. A night out with lots of food and drinks. He had the Mora to spare after all! No reason to hold back! And the boys would be more than in for that! Just a good time! Who could say no to that!?

It should have been no surprise that Itto slammed the door open of the current base of his very own gang, almost breaking the rather fragile door even. But only almost. The oni even had a massive grin plastered all over his face. He made no attempts in hiding it whatsoever and why would he?

“Guess who’s back in the house baby!?” His loud voice would echo through the small cabinet, nearly making it shake once he spoke with such vigor. It didn’t take long for him to notice that he was not greeted with the usual cheer from his boys but instead a painful groaning right on the ground, first not pleasing the oni whatsoever.

“Uhm… Guys? We went through this. When the boss is back you’re supposed to—”

“C… Can’t…” The wide build of the two guys mumbled as he seemed in some sort of pain. One quick look revealed that it could not have been physical, his body was totally fine. Yet the dude acted all hunched over, as if having been in a fierce duel just now.

“Whaddya mean Akira bro?” The first response Itto got and he didn’t seem to be very amused. “You missed out on lunch or something?”

“I—”

“No Boss!” The other male on the ground interrupted, looking up at the tall oni, though sounding as if he was dying for a moment at least. “It’s just… You know…”

“You too Mamoru!?” Itto exclaimed, being truly shocked. Out of all the guys Mamoru was the last one who would forget such a detail! What’s going on!? He would get his answer in a short moment though.

“The… Green one…” The member of the oni’s own gang sad all weakly, first confusing the boss however and making him ask all sorts of questions in his head.

“Ya mean Shinobu? Did she beat you to the pulp or something?”

“No! Not her! The other green one!”

“Other green one? Dude, I don’t follow…”

“The ne—”

“What the actual fuck!? How did you do that!?” A third male voice would echo throughout the small room, at the brink of cracking. It had then been followed by a table being thrown over and whatever was on it crashing down. The yelling continued shortly after. “Listen up Missy! You’re just showing up here and you’re beating us to a pulp!? I call bullshit! Show it! You’re hiding some extra cards in your sleeves!”

“Huh? But I’m not.”

“Very likely story! Never heard that one before! You’re aware who the boss is, right girlie!?”

“Yeah, duh! But what’s that—”

“Show it! What’s hiding beneath those sleeves!”

“Nothing, re— Woha, hey! Don’t just touch me like that! Hey!”
