"Ki! It's 2.30 AM. Wake up and get ready we need to leave in 45 minutes if we wanna be on time at Heathrow Airport." I hear a mumble coming from Kaia's room. I put my sweatpants and a hoodie on. I grab some yogurt from the fridge and get some cornflakes too. Kaia comes half asleep from her bedroom. "A goodmorning to you Ki." "Yeah yeah just let me get my shoes." After 35 minutes we are ready to go. "Ready Isla?" Kaia asks. I nod. I close the apartmentdoor and we walk to the elevator. From floor 34 to 0. That takes 2 minutes. I check my phone with a message from my sister.
Sadey: Enjoy your trip sista! Say hi to Kaia for me. love Sasa.
I smile at the text and said thank you. "Sasa says hi, Ki" "Say hi back, and tell her to feed Harmony everyday." I text Sadey with what Kaia said. Harmony is Kaia's kitten, Harmony is adorable for sure. "Kaia, where is your car?" "Back there." She points at a black BMW e60. We walk towards the car and put our stuff in the backseat. I was driving because Kaia was to tired to drive. After 25 minutes we arrive at the airport.
Flight attendant: "Ladies and gentleman, we are going to land at Nice Airport in 5 minutes. If everybody will get ready for the landing, that will be a help. Enjoy your time!"
Kaia and I are getting up and walk out of the plane. We get a taxi to bring us to Monaco where we are going to stay for 2 weeks. Kaia is texting her boyfriend Oakley. Kaia seems happy with him but since the last weeks she isn't happy with him anymore. I wonder why actually. "Is, how is your French actually? Still bad as fuck?" I laugh; "Haha, no I practiced actually, but I'm not fluent, it's not my first language." Kaia nods. "How is it going with Oak?" Kaia had a small shock on her face when I asked that. "I'm sorry, Kaia. I shouldn't ask that." "No, no it's fine. But it's just, I think he is cheating on me." I didn't expect that to come. "What? With who?" Kaia sighed. "Chelsea probaly." Fuck that bitch, I didn't like her from the beginning I met her. Kaia and I met eachother at a party, the girl who hosted it was my old friend Denaysia, or some of her call her Dena or Aysia. Dena and I were very close until she met Chelsea. But Chelsea was friends with Kaia, so that's how I met Kaia.
"Eh bien mesdames, nous sommes là. Le total est de 34,50 s'il vous plaît." "Well ladies, we're here. The total is 34.50 please." "Bien sûr! Voilà monsieur. Merci pour la balade." "Ofcourse! Here you go sir. Thank you for the ride." Kaia and I get out and grab our stuff. We walk towards our apartment. "What number was the apartment?" "3744" says Kaia. We drop our stuff and lie on our beds. We both fall asleep.
