"Fuck, what time is it?" I mumble. The clock says 7.30 PM. "Damn, time for dinner I guess." I walk up to Kaia and wake her up. "Ki, it's 7.30 wanna eat somewhere or order?" "Let's go somewhere, I know a good restaurant." I nod and walk to my walk-in closet. Colorful or simple and plain? Let's go with colorful. I grab a gold sparkly dress. I grab my black heels and some brace and necklaces. I put my hair in a slicked back ponytail. "Kaia, are you ready? Because I am." Kaia walks in the room with a long navy cocktail dress. "You look stunning, Ki." Kaia giggles. "I know, thank you babe." We laugh and walk downstairs.
"It's a 10 minute walk to the restaurant. Maybe we can spot some handsome boys." I laugh typical Kaia. "Girl, you have a man. But why not you know? He's cheating and I'm single, so why not?" Kaia laughs. "Is, go stand there at those palm tree's." I walk over to 3 palm tree's and do a fun little pose. I turn around facing the ocean and put my hand on my hip. "STUNNING!" Kaia yells. I turn around and laugh. "Stop Kaia, you're making me blush." Kaia laughs and we walk to the restaurant.
"Shit, I don't know some words anymore in french." Kaia laughs. "You playin' right?" "Uhh, sadly no." "Let's just do English then." We walk over to the restaurant but something catches my eye. I see 2 handsome boys sitting at the same restaurant we are going. I smile their way and one of them smiles back. He has brown curly hair but he is too far away for me to see his eyes. "Isla, stop staring." I look at Kaia and smile. "I'm sorry, I was zoning out." I walk over to the waiter and try to get some french words out but it just didn't let me. "Hello sir, do you maybe have a table for 2, please?" The waiter nods and brings us to an empty table right next to the 2 handsome boys. "Merci." Kaia and I say. I look to the left and I meet with this gorgeous blue eyes. I feel like I can drown but I won't. I give a big smile and look to Kaia. I try to wishper something but I got interrupt. "Well, hello ladies." Kaia and I look in the direction of the voice and see a other gorgeous boy with dark brown hair. "I don't mean to interrupt but me and my friend have a question for you. Do you wanna come sit here with us?" I look at Kaia and we decided to sit with them.
"I'm Charles and my friend over here is Lando." I noticed that Charles has a french accent. "I'm Kaia and this is Isla." "Nice to meet you Isla and Kaia." Lando says. "My pleasure." "Isla, you have an accent I hear." "That's right. I'm half French and half British." Lando smiles and looks me in the eyes. I feel that I'm going to blush so I break our eye contact. "My mom is born in Nice but moved to Monaco when she was 2 years old. And then she moved to London when she was 15 and that's where she met my dad." "Interesting. I'm half British and Flemish." Lando says. "Flemish, that's cool. My grandma is from Belgium." Kaia says. "Can I take your order, please?" The waitress asks. "For me the pizza Pepperoni, please. And a beer." Charles says. The waitress writes it down on this small piece of paper. "And for you miss?" She looks at me. "I'll take the Greek salad with some fries. And a sparkling water." Then she looks at Lando and Kaia. "I'll take the same as Charles." Lando says. "For me just a water and pasta bolognese." The waitress nods and walks back inside.
After a while the waitress comes with our food. "Merci." We all enjoy our food and have good conversations. "Let me pay for this lovely dinner with you." Charles says. "No you really don't have to, Charles." Kaia says. "But I insist." Kaia laughs. "Okay mister." Charles pays for the dinner and we decided to go for a walk on the beach. We laugh alot and all have a great connection. Charles and Lando dropped me and Kaia off at our apartment. "Thank you guys! We had an amazing night with you both. We need to do that more often." I say. "For sure!" Lando says. Kaia and I wave and walk to the main entrance. Charles and Lando took off.
