HINATA COULD FEEL the cool night infest his nose every time he sprung up to spike the ball over the volleyball net. No other feeling could compare to it. The short sprint transitioned to a jump where the ball fits perfectly just to slam back down on the opposite end. There was no other sport like this one. The short orange-haired decoy fell simultaneously back onto the court floors as the ball fell back down. Shortly after a precious bright smile shined upon his face in a mixture of optimism and empowerment.
"Ahhhhhh Kageyama did you see that-...!'
"What the hell was that hit?!" Exclaimed a pissed Kageyama from the top of his lungs. His eyebrows were pulled downwards and an ugly snarl was plastered on his lips. Seeing how he was the opposite of pleased Hinata's once blushed and puppy dog face had turned into one of eye rolls and annoyed scoffing.
"Now you're just being unnecessarily rude!" The shorter athlete lightly whined back. "That was a perfect spike, how are you still always a grumpy cat all the time..."
Kageyamas eyes slowly turned into thin slits judging his teammate through his burning gaze. "What the fuck is a grumpy cat..."
Just before Hinata could go into a 45 minute rant about what a grumpy cat is and how he would fit a grumpy cat, a painful breeze flew in between them as they stayed centered next to the net. This chill that ran up both of the first years' spines were all thanks to the school, specifically the toupee wearing vice principal. The same vice principal whose wig went flying off thanks to the both of them fighting on the first day of school.
