"Ha-haa help!" she managed to speak Atlantis got up but an arm held him back "Father she will drown" "Then let her" Why would you say that thought Athnasia "But fathe-" "That is an order" "But" "help!" another scream left athnasia's mouth "I am sorry, father but how will I lead this kingdom in the future if I let my sister die right now?" his voice getting louder "Atlantis I have given my order and if you do not follow it you will be going back on your words and I will have you punished for it" "I'm sorry...." Atlantis jumped in the river pulled Athanasia up and took her to the shore "Thank you" "I hate you and I never want to see you" Atlantis walked away.
Now he was at the Ruby palace waiting for his punishment "As the emperor of this kingdom I have to punish or else what kind of a king would I be" "I will take on that punishment" "You are to be whipped ten times on your back as a warning to never make a promise you cannot keep" "...yes your majesty" "but your majesty-" "Felix I have made my decision and you are to now guard and teach the princess how to do basic things like how did Atlantis" this hurt atlantes feeling more than the whips he was about to get.
"Why did you have to put your life in danger for that pest," Julie said while preparing me for the punishment. It was going to be private and by the hands of Claude himself "I don't know" That was true he didn't know why he helped her but he didn't regret it.
Atlantis sat down with his legs underneath him. He got a bit scared when he saw his father with a whip, sure he knew he was going to get whipped but the thought of his father doing it hurt more than the actual whip.
It was over he sat on his bed with his legs crossed and Julie applied medicine to his wound though his heart more than his wound his 'sister' whom he did this for was informed of it though she never once visited him how unfortunate.
What he didn't know was that his father and two other mysterious figures were staring at him from different places for different reasons.
It had been a few months since the incident and Atlantis hadn't talked to his father or his sister and they hadn't talked to him until now.
"My prince you have been asked to have tea with his majesty and the princess," Julie said after entering the prince's room only she was allowed inside the room was a mess. Last night Atlantis was mad and he had a breakdown because of it his mana was released destroying the furniture of the room. This had been happening often since that day. "I'll go" "Are you sur-" "Yes," said the prince with no expression on his face.
Felix walked Atlantis to the area where the emperor and the princess had been drinking tea for much longer than just today and Atlantis knew this.
