Ayan stood up from his couch. He looked to the door as he heard the trusted sound of his doorbell. Normally he doesn't hear it often. But now, he heard it actually many times. Maybe twice a week? It mostly can be heard when Akk stood in front of the door. Or it was the mailman.
For some time now Ayan was online-shopping. Often it just was decoration for his birthday. And today, his decoration finally found use. Most of the balloons which were hanging on the ceiling were orange or yellow, fitting to the colors of his house.
For some reason, Aye really enjoyed decorating things. It made him happy. Even tho he got inspired most of the time by that cozy Café he and Akk went to a few weeks ago. He didn't want to admit it, but Ayan really would like to go to that Café more often. But only if Akk would get along. If not, it would be boring.
The dragging sound of Aye's house shoes sliding over the floor was able to be heard as the short man made his way to the door. He opened it and his eyes immediately fell to Thua. A smile was able to be seen on Thua's lips which also would jump over to Ayan's lips himself.
Actually, Ayan already expected Thua to be the first visitor. He stepped aside, letting his friend walk inside of his small mansion. His eyes fell down to Thua's hand who was holding a small bag in it. "Hello!" Ayan sang excitedly.
"Hello, Aye." Thua would say back in this calm voice he always had. His hands folded and he would bow in front of Ayan who just gave him the time to take off his shoes. Afterwards, Aye took the bag from Thua and lead him to the kitchen. With care he put down the bag onto the dinning table which was decorated already.
Thua followed behind Ayan, noticing Aye's small grin as he glanced already into the bag to see his present. Ayan always was this curious man. It was no surprise he would try to already see his gifts.
Just as Thua sat down, getting handed a glass of orange juice of Ayan, the bell would ring again. "Give me a second. I am there in a minute." Ayan said with a smile as he turned to the door. Hi smile didn't disappear as he would open the door and see Namo, standing there in a nice shirt and some black sweatpants.
Namo instantly went in for the hug, making it almost too tight for Ayan to breathe. "Happy birthday, bro." He said with a happy smile. Aye hugged Namo back, patting his back a few times before Namo would let go. "Thank you-" The birthday child said out of breath as he tried to get air again into his lungs.
He chuckled nervously as he stumbled to the kitchen. Namo would turn to Thua who was sipping peacefully on his glass of orange juice which he had just got from Aye. It didn't take long for Namo and Thua to start talking, mostly about how they are so happy that school is over soon and summer holidays would start.
Only 2 weeks left. And the last week didn't really count. Well, it's mostly just packing things anyways. The final exams already are over which basically means just one thing: Freedom.
Ayan walked over to the couch where Thua and Namo enjoyed their little time. Just like before, he gave Namo a glass of orange juice. Everything was fine now, just one thing was missing. Three things to be exactly. Aye looked down to his wrist, seeing that they were already 9 minutes too late.

"Wat, get your ass here!" Akk yelled through the whole store. Some people looked at him weirdly, but he didn't even care. Without bumping into anybody, he rushed to Wat and grabbed some stuff from him to fasten the process.
While that, Khan was waiting outside the store, already done with paying. Wat and Akk came after. Khan nodded to the side, showing Akk and Wat that they needed to hurry up. The three began to run out of the mall, almost slipping.
