Liu opened the door and hugged my cousin tightly, they were actually pretty cute together. We stepped inside and there were already a lot of people doing any kind of things, for example drinking, laughing, dancing and those sort of things. Usually I would've been anxious but my cousin is next to me so I don't have anything to worry about. But then I saw him, sitting alone in one corner drinking a glass of whatever that was. It looked weird to me. It had a dark reddish color but I just shrugged it off and continued going with my cousin.
We all were enjoying ourselves until my cousin yelled "Omg only one minute left until it's lius birthday!!!!!!" everyone in the house gathered together and started a countdown, starting 3seconds before the next day began. "3! 2! 1!!!!" Everyone yelled synchronically. "Happy birthday" Everyone started congratulating liu. Everyone except jeff. Speaking of jeff, where is he? I looked around the room for him, unsuccessfully. How cold could a person possibly be to not even congratulate their own brother for his birthday. Shrugging it off I spotted my cousin whispering something in lius. I tried reading her lips but stopped immediately as I understood the words "I have a special present for you" and with then lea dragged liu somewhere upstairs, probably lius room. I was confuesd on how she'd knew her way around the house but didn't focus on it that much because someone started talking to me, to my surprise it was someone I've seen around the school. One of lius friends I guessed. "Has someone ever told you how beautiful you are?" he said drunk. I looked at him with disgust. But then he tried kissing me, what's up with everyone trying to kiss me today. As I was about to push him off I heard someone yell "QZENGGEGRGGRGEGGGGGGGGG RAAAAAARRRRRRR HA HA HA HA HA QUUUUUHUUUUUUUUZZEEEEEENNNGGGGG" I sighed relieved as the guy quickly left and my cousin looked at me. I tried to find out if she was drunk, high, or just being herself. "Ohmagad qzeng" she said and then started laughing historically. Okay either she is drunk or excited. But then she almost tripped over air and threw herself on the ground. Okay definitely drunk. I sighed as I tried helping her up. "Okay who's ready for truth or dare?!!!" Someone screamed "MEeee eh USSS" My cousin said dragging me and liu into the living room.
As everyone gathered together again, I noticed jeff also being there. I was so happy to see him. As our eyes met I had butterflies in my stomach and my whole body felt like burning, but as looked at him again he had a cold, emotionless expression like always. I started avoiding his gaze and just tried focusing on the game, what didn't exactly go as expected, I couldn't get him out of my head. Lost in thoughts I didn't notice someone had picked me, only as my cousin gave me a smack on the head I automatically snapped back to reality. "truth or dare?" the person across me asked . "Uhh idk dare?" I questioned myself not understanding why I specifically got picked "Uhhhhh I yes knowwwwwwww!!" my cousin drunkly said, oh god please don't, someone help me. "Youuuuuuu have to kiss" she said while pointing at "jeff." I got anxious and looked at him, but he didn't have any expressions so I just wanted to get this dare over with. I stood up and made my way towards him where I got pushed from behind and landed on his lap, automatically my face felt like burning up and so did the parts where our bodies touched. I could feel his cold breath on me and looked in the most beautiful dark brown more black eyes I had ever seen. So deep I swear I could see in his soul and a bit of hope. Hope? "Let's just get this over with I whispered. I took my opportunity and put my hand ion his cheek and started kissing him, to my surprise his lips were soft, and the kiss was better than I could've ever imagined it. At first he didn't do anything neither move his lips, then for one second he returned the kiss, but it could've also been my imagination. Suddenly he pushed me off him and left. Anger, sadness and confusion came over me so I followed him, if I only hadn't done that.
I followed him into his room where he stood infront of his window. His room was weird, the walls were completely white and there was one single bed in the middle of the room. To me it looked more like a hospital room. "Jeff are you alright?" I asked nervously. I didn't get a respond. "Look I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable, but it was only a stupid dare, you don't have to be that upset" I said getting a bit angry. My emotions getting ahead of me I started yelling things like "Just because of what happened you don't have to be like that!" at that time I started walking towards him and looked him in his face, "you act so childish you know that", "Fuck, you really don't get anything, you just don't talk and think everthing can go the way you want." He smirked, which only made me more angry so I continued my sentence, "But trust me nothing can go the way you want."
The last thing I knew was everything suddenly becoming black.
