minho panted, one hand in his hair and the other holding his water bottle as he danced through the choreography. it had to be perfect. he was mad at jisung. he didn't like how jisung just brushed off their decade-long hatred for each other.

the door to the studio opened and jisung appeared. "chan told me you would be here." minho rolled his eyes. "chan shouldn't be telling people where i am." jisung furrowed his eyebrows at the distant tone. he thought he and minho were okay now.

"what's going on? why are you pissed off?" jisung pressed, setting his bag down. minho huffed, going over to the speaker to start the song again. jisung ran through the choreography with him, hands tightly gripping his waist, and holding minho still. "what's up?"

"get off of me, han. i'm trying to work." minho hissed, not feeling any less of a grip on his waist. "it's our choreography, lee. you need me for this. and we both know it. so talk to me."

"nothing's going on. now start again." jisung knew how stubborn minho was about his feelings. but he also knew that when jisung was right, minho started crying.

"did i upset you?" jisung knew he got it when minho froze for a split second, he knew minho too well. "what did i do? i thought we were good now-"

"we aren't! we aren't fucking good, han!" he snapped, "we were never 'good!'" jisung sighed, understanding that they had years of conflict, and it wouldn't be so easy to fix it. "okay, i understand. what do you want from me? i'll do it."

"i want you to leave me alone. i want you to- to give up on us, okay? that's what i want from you."

jisung's face fell, heart dropping to his stomach as minho stared at him with a look he never thought he'd see. pure sadness. "alright. if that's what you truly want, then i'll leave it." he turned on his heels, sneakers skidding across the floor.

he rested his hand on the doorhandle, sighing. "listen, min, i-" they both froze at the nickname, and even though minho was behind jisung, the younger could picture minho's expression. he was too scared to turn, too scared to see the tears he knew that were in minho's eyes, too scared to see the fear in his face. as he turned, jisung's heart shattered for the second time in 2 minutes.

"don't call me that, don't call me any nickname. look how that ended, han! look what you did to me!" minho snapped, eyes burning up with tears that threatened to fall. how badly he wanted to cry, but he knew he couldn't. he couldn't let jisung take advantage of his vulnerability so easy. he couldn't be that easy to manipulate ever again.

"i'm sorry, okay? i am, i just- we equally hurt each other. it wasn't only my fault, lee!" jisung watched minho's body tense, and the older shook his head. "you can't say that. you can't do that to me! you destroyed me, han! so i fucking left!"

jisung scoffed, "right, i destroyed you?! don't you dare even start with that bullshit!" the latter's eyes widened, past anger building inside of him. "you want to do this right now? okay, fine," minho went closer, poking at his chest harshly.

"you fucked me, and left, han jisung! do you know how fucking much of a dick move that was?! so yeah, i left the fucking country! can you blame me?!" minho chuckled, running a hand through his hair. "when your best friend tells you that he's in love with you, and decides to leave the next morning, maybe you decide to take the offer of leaving the country for a bit. but you?! no. you left me there. don't even try with that fucking bullshit!"

jisung's heart panged with guilt, the wince evident on his face. "lee, we were both drunk. underage. we were 16! we weren't thinking right! it was a mistake!" he regretted it as soon as he said it, minho gulping, and nodding.

"a mistake? taking my virginity was a mistake? i trusted you, han. i trusted you to do that. but, really? it wasn't a mistake to me then, but it is now. you were a fucking mistake in my life." minho pushed past him, slamming the door shut as he left.
