CHAPTER 2 (SHAY)

After the nice police man dropped us off at the pack house at three in the morning, my brother yelled at me for like 30 mins. he let lyric go because she has her own parents to deal with her. he told me that i couldn't shift for five days, in his alpha voice. i can't believe he did that, he knows how much i love to run in wolf form. what a jack ass.

after getting yelled at i went to my room. i live in the pack house now instead of with my parents. i love them but i couldn't wait to move in to the pack house where everyone is. well where rain is. yeah rain my so called mate, he has the most piercing grey eyes, sexy tanned skin, slim but muscular, nice full lips and about 5'8. oh and he has curly hair dark hair but its in a fade . he is so yummy, total eye candy.

we just can't seem to get on the same page with each other. sure when i was 18 i told him that i wanted time to do things before i was mated. i did not reject him, i just wanted to live a little. i lived it up a little to much one night. i was drinking at a pack party when i wasn't supposed to, and ended up making out with kellan, one of the pack guys. rain just had to walk around the corner at that time. rain saw us, he beat the crap out of kellan, yelled in my face about how i disrespected him.

i felt like shit. now he needs time now that i am ready to be with him fully. that was the worst mistake i made kissing kellan and blowing rain off when he tried to mate me, i really regret it now.

i closed my eyes a tear slid down my face. i just want my mate. with that thought i fell asleep.

I jumped out of bed and almost fell on the floor because someone was banging on my door. i ran my finger through my long dark brown wavey hair and opened the door.

"shay get you ass out of bed now!" mya yelled at me

god she can be a pain sometimes , but i love her. she is my sister and a kick ass luna.

"what do you want' i said flopping on my bed

"i heard about what you did last night, what is wrong with you girl? you been acting crazy. sneaking into clubs, drinking, staying out all night, and kissing random guys when you have a mate' she said with her hand on her hip.

mya was a beauty she looked like rihanna with long hair. my brother loves her crazy ass to death.

" he sure don't act like he has a mate" i snarled

mya came and popped me in the back of my head.

"ouch! what was that for'

"for being stupid. you know damn well that boy loves you, you just hurt him when you kissed that boy, and before that you pushed him away. he feels like you are playing games with him. you better make it right before its to late" she said

mya was right i have to make things right with him, i can't lose my mate i have loved him since i was 5 yrs old. that's it I'm going to show him that i want him and that i love him.

'okay now come and have some lunch with me' mya said then she turn around at the door " and brush your teeth cause you breath is kickin" she laughed when i through a pillow at her as she left the room.

i did my routine. shower, brush, hair, clothes. i put my wet hair in a messy bun, put on some yoga shorts and a tank top.

when i got down stairs to the kitchen rain was sitting at the table with mya and skylar. his back stiffened when i came in the room. yeah his scent does the same thing to me. god i want him so bad but i have to ease in to this. here goes nothing.
