CHAPTER 10 (SHAY)

My heat is finally over. i thought it would never end, but i enjoyed it every time rain had to put out the fire. i know im a freak but only with my mate. right now lina (catalina) and i are in the kitchen making ourselves some icecream so we can watch a movie. lina has been a little nicer since she saw donte' holding hand with some other girl. she apologized about what she said and we hugged it out.

rain is with the guys doing god knows what, and mya is supposed to be joining us with my mom. we are like having a girls day. i grabbed the icecream and lina grabbed the chips and popcorn. mya came in with the nail stuff and my mom had the movies.

we all settled in the living room. getting everything in order.

"so what do you want to watch first" my mom said holding out the movies.

"well what did you bring" lina asked.

"i have, beautiful creatures, mama, all the twilights,a walk to remember, and the note book" she said

"i wanna watch twilight" lina said

"um no, i want to watch beautiful creatures" i replied

"a walk to remember it is then' mya said laughing

"mom that is not cool, neither of us said the movie" lina pouted

"well i did now shut up" mya lauged.

as we watched the movie we did each others nails and toes. lina got pink, mya got neon green, my mom got a clear sparkle, and i have a different color on each nail.

we cried at the end of the movies because it was sad. while we were drying out tears and stuffing icecream in our mouths. klous, arron, and rain came in laughing at us.

"what is so funny" i said sniffling

"i see mya got yall to watch a walk to remember. she even got my baby over there crying" klous chuckled.

" aww baby you okay" rain said hugging me while laughing.

"yeah im fine, you should watch it with me one day"

"yeah one day in the far future' he smiled

i hit him in the arm for being an ass" lets go for a run" i said

"alright lets go" he said pulling me off the floor

i turned to the girl" hey guys sorry but im going for a run with my man" i giggled when my mom cut her eyes at me.

"what ever love birds. see you later" mya replied.

rain and i ran outside in to the woods stripping our clothes while running. when we were naked we shifted. i love the feel of the heat as my body turns in to my wolf its warm, and feels like home. rain's wolf was a silky dark charcoal grey his snout was a light grey. he was a huge wolf, when i am in my human form he come up to my chest.

i am rare wolf color, my wolf is black with blue under tones. in the moon light i look like a midnight blue wolf. my fur is silky smooth.

rain nudged me with his snout getting my attention. when i looked at him he opened the bond link

what's wrong

nothing i was just thinking about how much i love being in wolf form

yeah i love it to, the change feels good

i was thinking the same thing

then rain took off running with a speed so fast i didn't think i would catch up. my paws pounded the ground as fast as they could. i was right on his flank now. rain looked back with a wolf grin. he made it to our tree a sec before i did. i stomped my paw on the ground snapping my teeth at rain.

you are such a cheater

rain kept poking me with his snout, finally i gave up and played chase with him. we had so much fun together when we were in wolf form. our wolves loved each other just as much as our human forms.

we ran all the way back to the pack house in our wolf forms max was just going to close the door when we went in the house staight to our room. i heard mya scream" no running wolves in the damn house". she hates when we come in the house in wolf form.

once we were in the room we shifted and took a shower together getting the dirt and leaves out of our hair. when we finished we lay in bed together just taking each other in.

"so how do you feel about running half of the packs in illinois' i asked rain

"i don't know if im ready for that yet honestly. i have a lot to learn"

"well i think you will do great" i said brushing his face with the tips of my fingers

"i just don't want to fail"

"rain, you are smart, loyal, strong, loving, fair, and most of all you have a good heart. you have just what it takes to be a great alpha like klous" i said sitting against the head board.

"you really think all those things about me shy?" he asked

"yes. those are all the things i love about you rain"

"well damn" he said laughing

"so what are you going to do" i asked

" i still want to wait a while, but i am going to do it babe" he said kissing my head

"lets get some sleep " i said cuddling up with him

rain wrapped me up in he arms. i felt safe and loved as i closed my eyes.
