It's time for their lives to be all about survival.

Ken gets up of his bed. He looks in the mirror beside his bed and frowns at his reflection as if he is unsatisfied with his looks.

He gets down from his bed, stretch his hands in the air and yawns loudly filling freed being by himself in the room.

He goes to the bathroom and brushed his teeth, looking straight into the eyes of his own reflection.

Lookism?

No..

He spits out the soggy and watery toothpaste on his mouth. He washes his face with the water coming from the pipe.

He looks back at himself through the mirror.

..Pride.

He exits his room with casual clothes. A black jacket, plain white shirt and blue jeans. Not being fancy with his choice off clothing which he will be stuck for a couple of days unknowingly.

In his hands and resting on his shoulder is his new spear. Glittering in the light divinely. In his other hand is a large bag.

He ventures to the lowest level of the shelter.

With hopeless eyes he stares at his old home. He searches the place like a mindless bird.

Finally he hears a roar. He looks upon Courtesy with dull eyes. The head lights are on but he stares at the vehicle head on.

He snaps himself out of his stand off. He walks around Courtesy, reaching the back. The door lowers and he enters.

Looking around, he see's only two persons. Zen and Syria.

"You the first one here.", Syria welcomes.

"More like the third.", He corrected. He tossed his bag aside on one of the bench and sits down.

"We're always here before everyone, so it's unfair to say we're here first.", She said.

"What?", Ken was confused with comprehension.

"Uhh.. nevermind.", She said.

In the front seat of the vehicle, Zen pressed a cyan colored button. Instantly cold breeze started to feel the the vehicle. A gust of breeze blowed across Ken's face.

"This brings back some memories.", He said to himself sarcastically.

He remembered yesterday when they were sent to the clinic to fill out the requirements for their second gathering.

Ken hugged himself, trying to cover himself from cold.

Zen awarded the two at the back, "Their here.".

The back door slowly descends down to the ground outside.

"Hahaha!! I knew it was a great idea!", Kerado shouted.

"Stop your boasting.", Syria said.

"Why?! Even you and boyfriend are wearing normal clothes!", Kerado continued.
