KWON HAEUN
The two people Haeun saw turned around "Haeun..?"
Haeun's eyes filled with tears, Her parents running to her.
"It's really you.." Haeun cried into her parents arms.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Her father checked her for any wounds.
"Where is Nam-ra?" Her mother asked.
All Haeun could do was look down at the ground.
Her mother took it as a signal that he didn't make it.
"Oh Haeun.." Her mother hugged her once again.
Over the next few days, Hye-ji continued to spend more time with Haeun and her parents.
Haeun was happy to be with her parents, but none of her friends were there.
She wondered what happened to them after they were abandoned.
She missed Nam-ra, She missed Dae-su, She missed Wu-jin.
Most importantly she missed Su-hyeok, she missed his comfort.
"Haeun, how did you get here?" her mother asked.
"Well, The zombies actually came from school.
"A group of my friends and I managed to get to the rooftop.
"At the rooftop..the soliders had come with their chopper."
"We were..so excited to finally be saved."
"Until the soliders cancelled their operation to save us."
"All hopes of us being save felt hopeless."
"But Su-hyeok.., begged the soliders to take me, because of my condition.."
"The soliders took me, but my friends.." Haeun puased.
"It's okay, I understand." Her mother hugged Haeun as tears fell from her eyes.
Suddenly Haeun leaned over to throw up in a nearby bin.
"Haeun!?" Her mother quickly pulled her hair back.
"I'm okay eomma, just a little nauseous." Haeun reassured her and wiped her face.
Something felt a bit off to Haeun tho, she hadn't gotten her period on time either.
Then she remembered..just a few days ago she'd done 'it' with Su-hyeok.
Her mind instantly shadowed with fear.
She could hear her own heart thumping loudly.
"Guards!" Hye-ji ran to get a solider as Haeun looked pale and ready to pass out.
"Ma'am are you okay?" A solider checked Haeun's temperature, which came back normal.
"I feel sick." Haeun mumbled.
"We'll take you a bed." The solider carefully carried Haeun and place her in a bed.
Hye-ji left to go find Haeun's father while her mother asked her, "Have you done anything with a boy recently?"
Haeun nodded slowly, "Su-hyeok.."
"I should've known." Her mother laughed.
"Hae, I think your pregnant." her mother blurted.
"Eomma, I can't be.. I-I'm not ready." Haeun stuttered.
"Your father and I are right with you, and you have Hye-ji. We will help you." Her mother held her hand.
