At around the same time that Avery fell asleep in England, the yacht moored at the Red Sea resort in Egypt began to float gently out to sea. For the tourists lounging on the beach, it would have looked as if a family was there, preparing to scuba dive and have fun. A few may have asked for their own scuba diving ride but were denied on the grounds of the waves being too strong. Those same tourists may have gone back out to the beach to see the yacht with the family only to find it had completely disappeared. They would perhaps have a sit-down and think about their sanity for a moment before continuing to enjoy the Sun.

About a kilometre away from the resort, that same yacht sat calmly in the water, occasionally being buffered around by the waves. But the 'family' on board were used to the waves. All were in their mid-20s and all were experts in swimming and scuba diving. They had been recruited by Morzo with the promise of a high paycheck and left their old identities behind. Now, Natasha, Patrick and Kyra were their codenames, and that was all anybody but Morzo knew of them. In the 5 years that they had been working for him, they had been on 275 drives, getting paid between 1-10 million dollars per dive. They were also equipped with Geiger counters, instructed to inspect the surrounding area for radiation. No one quite knew why Morzo had such a fixation with searching for radiation. Some suspected he was looking for a bomb or the remnants of a gas leak quietly released in the ocean. Those high up in his operations knew that Morzo wasn't just searching in the ocean, but also in mountains, and rainforests, all around the world since he came to power in his father's organisation when he was 15. But for the three divers, all they knew was that they were instructed to look for radiation in oceans and lakes around the world, and the millions of dollars they were being given was enough for them to not ask any questions.

Despite their numerous dives, the trio were still very careful. Once, they had been questioned by police and their poor cover story almost led to their arrest. Thankfully, Morzo was able to intervene and the interrogating officers mysteriously disappeared. To avoid a repeat of those events, the trio never dived altogether - two would dive and one would stay on the surface. They decided who would dive and who would remain on the boat on a rota. Today, Natasha and Kyra were diving, already dressed in their scuba diving gear, and Patrick was staying on the surface with the cover story of an embarrassed diving trio whose hotheaded natures had gotten the better of them. After a moment of checking their oxygen, the two women dived.

With their Geiger counters in their hands and oxygen tanks filled to the brim, they dived, murky water brushing past their goggles. This was the kind of dive that they had done dozens of times before, so it was nothing new. The boredom and repetitiveness of it was beginning to get to them, and they wer beginning to demand more holidays and less frequent dives to counter it. Morzo had given them all the holidays they wanted but had refused to give them less frequent dives - whatever it was he wanted, it certainly had a ridiculous amount of radiation, as he believed it would be present in water, and he was desperate for it. It was something they had all realised and so they had agreed that when they found it, they would take it for themselves and ask Morzo for an extremely large sum of money for it. And this was going to be their lucky day.

About 5 minutes in, when they were preparing to go back to the surface, they heard a click. Natasha didn't hear it but Kyra did. She turned to a small cave to their side, that neither of them could fit into. Seeing Kyra not moving, Natasha looked down. Kyra gestured towards the cave and Natasha swam as close as she could while not getting stuck. What she saw shocked her beyond belief.

There was a blue light, in the shape of a ball, moving slowly in the small cavern the cave opened out to. This was the only entrance. It seemed to see her and shrink to one corner. But to them, it didn't matter whether they got it now. They just needed to get it before Morzo. Natasha gestured upwards and the pair swam back up to the boat. Patrick didn't even wait for an answer and just made for the wheel.
