Lily Luna-
As the four of them chatted for a bit mays phone buzzed and she picked it up "already?" She said into the phone then hung up "hey I gotta go back to the city now I'll visit you again soon lils." She said to her sister as she walked away

"So you go to midnight academy too" she asked Sophie "yep, I've see you around the school too." "Did you just move here?" "Yeah, wanna go to the beach?" "Sure!" Then Sophie turned to carter and asked him if he wanted to come he said no so the two girls walked down the road to the beach.

"How are you liking the school?" Lily Luna asked her breaking the silence "it's.." "odd?" "Yeah.. it's like no matter how much you wanna fit in you just.. don't." "And you wanna just be invisible but can't," "Exactly!" Sophie exclaimed

"What do you like to do for fun?" Sophie asked "I like reading and walking my dog I guess, what about you?" "I like to read and write I mostly have to play netball all day everyday though." "You play netball?" "Yep, do you play any sports?" "Oh god no! I don't like running for hours." They both laughed they got to the beach and sat down on the sand

"Do you like being popular?" Sophie shook her head "not at all." Sophie checked her watch "oh crap it's 2am." She said thinking out loud "oh god I'm going to get grounded!" Exclaimed lily luna "want me to walk you home?" "Don't you have a curfew?" "It's my 2nd day here I won't get grounded." "I guess then." She smiled, it made Sophie's stop (not litterly)

"Let's go!" Called lily Luna then her phone buzzed she checked it her smile dropped "what's wrong?" Asked Sophie in worry. "My parents texted me I can't come home until tomorrow because I was out to late.." "you can come for a sleepover!" "..are you sure?" She muttered "of course!" Sophie said in confidence.

Sophie called her mum to make sure it was okay first then they walked to her house they were glad it was the weekend tomorrow, when they got to her house she stepped up to the door and knocked carter opened the door and frowned seeing lily Luna.

"Hello.." he said in disappointment. "Come on! My rooms upstairs" Sophie smiled as she grabbed her hand leading her upstairs "your room is so cool!" "Thanks! I bet your room is much cooler though" "nope." She smiled "wanna watch a movie or somthing?" "Sure!"

They took turns using the bathroom to get changed into pjs then they went downstairs and watched Harry Potter 1 and part of 2 before they both fell asleep on the couch,

Sophia barns-
Sophie woke up from being poked at on the shoulder "I thought you said you weren't.. that word." She woke to carters words "that word?" "Ya know like.. g a y ..?" "Are you serious!? Don't you believe me! What's wrong with that if I am? You can't control who I chose to like you know!?" "But are you?" "No! Go away." She yelled a bit to loudly

Lily Luna woke up "oh sorry I didn't mean to wake you my brother was just being very very rude." She glared at him as he hurried away "what did he do?" She asked "he uhm said things." "Alright.."

The barns family-
Mya hurried into the living room to find two girls chatting "hellooooo! I hear your Sophie's girlfriend!" Said the happy kid. Sophie covered myas mouth to stop her from speaking "just friends." Sophie and lily Luna said at the same time with 2 bright red faces after little mya left the room Sophie was the first to talk

"Sorry about that she still messes up words.." she lied "YOU SO SURE ABOUT THAT?" they heard carter yell from the kitchen as he listened to there conversation they both went silent "soooo...." Said lily Luna "wanna go get some food?" Asked Sophie "sure." They got dressed - these looks

Before they left the house Sophie heard carter yell "have fun on your 'date!" Sophie's face went red "so where do you wanna go?" "I don't mind!" "A bakery?" "Sure!" Replied lily Luna

Lily got a sandwich Sophie got a ice chocolate neither of them were very hungry since they ate lots of ice cream when they watched a movie, they went to sit at the beach and ate and drank, "soo are you going to the football match today?" Asked lily "why would I?" She asked back "isn't your boyfriend playing?" "Yes? So what?" "Erm it's kinda a rule to go then.. like for the popular kids." "Then I won't be popular" Sophie smiled

Lily Lunas heart fluttered "you have a cute smile" muttered lily Sophie's face blushed lots "so do you.." she muttered back they both turned to look at the other then immediately turned back to look at the sand and water splashing.

"So what's your favourite song?" Asked Sophie "girls like girls" muttered lily "that's one of my favourites too." She smiled at lily who looked at her "really?" Lily asked curiously to see if she was lying "its a good song I gotta admit.." lily smiled "are you uhm.." she attempted to ask Sophie "oh.. uhm, of course not." She lied "are you..?" "Yep the same I'm not uhm that either.." lily lied not knowing if she was lying herself

"Cool.. uhm is there many people who don't like uhm.. those people here?.." asked Sophie "some hate them.. my family is one of those family's.." "oh how do you know?" "I just know.." "yeah I don't think my family likes them much either except my little sister she loves everyone" Sophie chuckled

"Do you?" Asked lily Luna turning her head to look at Sophie, Sophie looked confused "like do you like those sort of poeple?" "Oh yeah, everyone should be who they are and not get judged." "Yeah I agree."

"Do you like anyone?" Asked sophie "yeah.. do you?" Sophie slightly nodded for a response "you should go to the football match" "I'd rather not, I mean unless you want to." "Oh uhm no I'm not popular enough for those types of things." "Right."

"What's your favourite type of flowers?" Asked Sophia "sunflowers" she awnsered awkwardly. They left after a while more of chatting.
