The ready room of the Venture was tense, Tie Fighter pilots sat in rows of chairs... in front of a holo table... a blue glow illuminating off their helmets as they stared at what was to be their target. Suddenly, the door into the room opened- and then entered their Squadron Commander. Dayn had a serious expression on his face, he had been given a task by Rear Admiral Lannen. Yet he feared for the safety of those that were under his leadership. As he knew his men and women under him would follow him to the very end. And this seemed to be an impossible task, a seemingly simple mission to attack a fueling station over Bespen and steal fuel.

It was not simple in any retrospect, there were many challenges... such as the presence of Planetary Self Defense Forces. As well as a certain presence of a squadron of RZ-1 star fighters. These were crewed by former Alliance pilots, contracted by the company that owned the refueling facility. They could beat them, yet they also had many advantages, such as: Shielding, Speed, and not to mention the presence of Hyperspace capabilities.

" All right... listen up! The Admiral has given us a task, as you all know. The fleet is low on fuel, we won't make it through another rotation without conducting proper refueling. Here's our solution. "

The holo map projected the refueling station, it floated above the gas clouds of Bespen... according to Intelligence analysts. However, another platform was projected not too far from the Refueling station. Apparently containing those A-Wing starfighters, and Police Gunships. Which would contain obvious reinforcements, for the security detachment on the refueling station.

" As you can see, heavy presence of Defense Forces... these aren't the New Republic however. Even if the attack is reported, the government will write this off as another unorganized attack by us. The Republic won't admit that they have a problem with our Remnants, they are too prideful- and the public would demand answers if reports started showing increased activity. We aren't meant to completely seize the station, we are to cover the Replenishment vessel and Death Trooper Platoon for as long as possible. Once refueling is completed, detonation charges will be placed all around the station. We aren't letting security units seize the station back. If the mission fails- we'll most likely be stranded, that however isn't gonna happen- won't it dagger squadron? "

A resounding yes sir, could be heard across the briefing room... as Dayn turned off the Holo table and dismissed his pilots. He went to his personal quarters, and changed into his flight armor. Red markings were on the Tie pilot armor, signifying his status as a Flight Baron of the Empire. A title bestowed upon him by Vice Admiral Versio- shortly after the Battle of Endor. Endor had haunted him for almost three years.

He proceeded into the hangar, to the side... you could see a TIE Reaper. And a platoon of Death Troopers present, as expected. They were commanded by a Captain obviously. As was tradition in the Stormtrooper Corps (STC). These were the men they were going to escort to the refueling station, the men they had to protect at any cost- the mission was everything.
