PLEASE READ ─

Hi everyone, Charmings_Reaper here. I've been contemplating making this book for a good while now, considering I see others who have their own rule books like these. As much as I hate being stringent on my rules, unfortunately, I've been pushed one too many times and feel the need to put this out. These are my rules and conditions for roleplaying with me. If they don't meet up with your standards, I deeply apologize, but I've grown more selective with roleplaying over the years.

* NOTE : If you're already roleplaying with me, or have already read rules in my books in the past, then most likely you know my general rules, roleplaying style and things of the like and this doesn't apply to you as much as new people. Still, it'd be helpful if you did take a look over them :)

* NOTE : More rules to potentially be added as I feel necessary...

RULES LISTED BELOW ─

─ Depth

Please give your responses some depth. You don't have to give me a book, but please give me something to work with. Things such as "He/She smiled" hardly gives me anything to work with. Truly, I understand if you are running out of things to say, but talk to me then. We can figure out where to go with the roleplay.

On the flip side, please don't give me a book. I do understand that this is some people's roleplay style, but it makes it really hard to have the motivation to reply. My replies tend to be around a mid length, so I feel a bit intimidated with super long replies.

If you ask me/I offer to start for a roleplay and I send a good chunk for a start, please give me something to work with. Yes, I only have a few line minimum requirement, but some detail within your first reply would be nice. It's really frustrating when I send a well thought out start for a roleplay, and I get a one to two line response reply with no or minimum detail in it whatsoever. If you want to do this, fine, but it's really going to cut down my motivation to reply.

─ Minimum Lines

I'm not overly strict on this rule, as I know that everyone's roleplaying styles (which I will address later) are different. However, I really do not want to be roleplaying with one liners. This kind of ties into the last rule but still. I would like at least a minimum of 2 lines. This should be easy enough for the roleplayers who aren't overly detailed but it also keeps the flow of the roleplay going.

For fandom roleplays, please do your best to keep an even amount of lines between your character and my characters crush/parent/friend, whoever it might be that you are playing.

For side characters in any roleplay, whether it be individual or fandom, I do not require a set number of lines.

─ Roleplay Style

I will say this right now. I only roleplay in third person point of view. If you're for any reason not familiar with that, an example of that is this: "Jaylen's gaze casted upwards to the man standing before him. His lips parted to speak, but no words came out. Only after a moment did he finally build the courage to speak. "Hello," He murmured."

No first person roleplays. I'm sorry for those of you who do roleplay first person, but it's not my cup of tea. It's just my own personal preference and I ask you respect it. If you're unfamiliar with what first person style is, an example of it is this: "Jaylen: *smiles* Hello there!" Or anything similar to this. There are exceptions to this, but it really depends on if I feel it is an exception or not.

If we do any kind of fandom or individual roleplays, I do oc x oc. Individual roleplays, I always do oc x oc. I have few requirements for that. If we do a fandom roleplay, I'm open to discussion about doing oc x oc. Most times, I'm open to doing oc x oc. However, there are some instances when I'm not. My fandom characters are built around the love interests they are assigned with.
