"Tell me dear. Have you finally decide whether to keep the house? The papers are finalized a few weeks ago but I haven't heard from you about it", My mother in-law asked as she sipped her coffee. We were just back from shopping and decided to take a break at the cafe while discussing.
A few weeks who, my parents"s house ownership letter has finalised and it's now under my name. I got a call from the agency a few weeks ago asking if I want to keep the house or to sell it but I still haven't make a decision yet. A part of me wanting to keep the house because it holds so much memories with my parents but at the same time the house will be empty because I currently living in Taehyung's house.
"Honestly, I want to keep the house. It have so much memories of me with my parents. Beside that house is the last thing I got from them. But if I keep the house it will be empty because no one is living there" I told her everything about my thought. She listen to everything I said carefully, by the look of her face I think she consider that I make the right choice. The only problem is that what will I do to the house. I can't just abandon it.
"If you really want to keep the house then that's fine, keep it. I know how much that house means to you. But if I may suggest, you can turn the house to the orphanage or a home-school" I thought about her suggestion well turning my house to orphanage must be going take a while and big responsibility to run it. I don't think I can do that. And home-school that's also a good idea too.
"I think home school is okay. Parents can take their kids for extra curriculum. That's a good idea, Eomma"
"Okay, of you agreed we can start arranging the house and look for the teachers. I know someone who can arrange the permission to run the school program and stuff. All we need to do is look for the volunteers and start promoting the school once it's done" I nodded in agreement. I know someone who would want to volunteer to the teacher. Rose, my best friend is a Math teacher and I think she would be willing to do this job.
After our talk, My mother in-law suggested that we should take a look at the house and decide if I want to renew a few things or rearrange the rooms. We left to my old house by her car. It takes 35 minutes for Taehyung's house but only 10 minutes from my in-laws house. Once we reached there, she parked the car and we got off.

It's been 8 months since I last came to visit my old house. Ever since I married Taehyung, I had never come to this house. Looking at the place I once called home brought all the memories back in my head. My eyes started to get emotional as soon as I saw the place I used to lived with my parents.
A hand touched my back as I look at the side to see my mother in-law looking at me, her face showing concern toward me. "Are you okay, honey?"
I shook my head and give her an assuring smile. "I'm fine, Eomma. Let's get in" She nodded then I unlocked the door by the keys in my hand. We walk to the front gate. Each steps to the front door made my legs shaking a bit. I don't know what happened, but looking back at the house makes my heart beating so fast. I gulped down as we stood in front of the door. The door was quite dusty it's clear that the house has been abandoned for 8 months and no one came to clean it.
