Have you?

Do you feel compelled to turn over in your hands every thought that crosses your mind, not letting it go until you feel you have done justice to it?

Do you get drawn into long arguments that end up turning into an exchange of "pleasantries" rather than the original topic?

Do you spend all day thinking about one big "why" of your life?

Have you tried...

...kicking some troublesome thoughts straight out of your mind and visualising them flying off into space until they land on the dark side of the moon? When you feel like taking a look at your troublesome thoughts, visualise them heaped up in one big rotting pile, ignored and lifeless.

...leaving the argument hanging without going into the depths of the latest statement made by the other person? You grab hold of one word the other person says and it inflames your anger. That way you will just explode, and that is not good for the environment. Go green. Leave arguments, especially online ones, unfollowed and unfed.

...thinking what will you get if you get the answer to your "why"? Will it change what happened? Will it give you back what you lost? Or give you what you hoped to gain?

Will you?
