Lake Amber Swan-Uley is the older and unknown twin of Bella Swan. Renee didn't want her, so she had Lake shipped off, not caring where she ended up. She ended up being found by an Amazonian tribe and was adopted by them

"It's because back with my tribe, we had people who were wolves" she said casually
Billy couldn't help but laugh at everyone's face.
Yep. This child will definitely keep everyone on their toes.
Lake felt a hand on her bare shoulder and saw Emily standing there, smiling at her.
"I'd like to know more about how you grew up, if you don't mind"
Lake grinned and nodded
She told them all about her family.

They all loved hearing about her life and all of her adventures. They were glad that those people had found and took her in. They had raised a wonderful young woman. They were most surprised when she told them she knew of vampires.
Apparently, they had a few run-ins with nomads.
She and a few other warriors were tasked with killing them
"So you were the youngest fighter there?" Sam asked
"Yes"
Paul laughed and draped his around over her shoulder
"Man! You're one interesting kid. Are we sure she's Swan's kid?"
Lake was confused "Swan?"
Billy nodded "Charlie Swan. Your biological father. Which is what I want to talk to you about"
Lake waited patiently for what he was going to say.
"After you were born, I got a call from Charlie's and Renee's parents. They found out what they did to you" he still remembered getting the call about what his old friend did
"They found out from the nurse that delivered you. So they decided to punish them"
He placed a folder in front of her and motioned for her to open it.
She took the folder and started looking through it. It was her grandparents' will. Apparently, Charlie's parents owned several real estate companies and Renee's owned insurance companies around the globe. They had sold them to trusted partners and they agreed to give her some of the shares they made.
It also stated that Lake would be named head of both families and inherit all of their money and their vacation homes after turning 14.
They didn't own any mansions since they loves to live in simple homes.
Lake couldn't believe it.
She was given so much by people who didn't know her, but still loved her. It brought tears to her eyes. She wanted to meet them and get to know the people who did so much for her already.
"Your grandparents knew that their children only cared for their money. And there's one more thing"
The old man placed a photo of a brunette girl and a boy with long brown hair.
"You have an older sister. Isabella Swan. There's also a boy they took in"
Billy pointed towards the pic of the boy
"His name's Dalton Lambert. The son of Charlie's old friend who died with his wife and other 2 kids"
She stared at Dalton's photo and felt an ache in her heart.

"Isabella isn't a good person. Selfish, greedy, nosy, slutty. She's everything bad" Paul spoke
Jared shook his head "I feel bad for Dalton. He gets treated like shit by them"
Lake turned to look at everyone "Is there anything else I should worry about?"
Emily sighed "Billy informed us that CPS called him. They said you would need to be adopted or-"
"Be placed with Charlie" Sam finished
The girl was a little scared now. If she was forced to go to Charlie, they would try and use her and treat her horribly.
"So, Sam and Emily decided to adopt you"
She gasped and looked towards Sam with tears in her eyes
"you...you want me to be your child?"
Sam moved closer to her and nodded
"I always wanted a kid, but after hurting Emily after shifting, I was scared"
"I...I never knew what having a dad is like" she stuttered
He placed his hands on her shoulders
"Then if you let me, I will be that for you"
Her response was to wrap her arms around his waist and cry into his chest. He happily returned the embrace and pulled Emily as well.
Everyone smiled joyfully at the scene.
Sam and Emily deserved to be happy after everything.
