《Reader's POV 》

It has been two days since , my transmigration in this world. From that day onwards, I began to live my life as Izuku midoriya. As I woke up I began to do some exercise and after a while I began my run.

After choosing the path, I decided that, right now I should get stronger first, before the actual story starts. For that I made a training schedule for myself with a tight balance diet. In the training schedule I decided to increase my strength, agility and endurance.

I did have one silver bone forging pill, but I decided to use it later, because my body was weak and malnourished and my bones were also very weak. Before taking the silver bone forging pill, I decided to strengthen my base body first.

Because if your base isn't strong, many unexpected forces and foes can even break it. But if the base is strong, not many forces and foes can break it. For example: " If a house has a weak base even a small disaster or an small earthquake can break it, but if the base is strong it can withstand many disasters and strong earthquakes.

So, that's why I decided to increase my body strength first, before taking the silver bone forging pill. To increase my body strength and condition, along with agility and endurance, I decided to do the following exercises.

For body strengthening:
I decided that, I would do some push ups, squats, benches pressing, and some lift weighting.

For improving my body condition:
I decided that, I would put my self in a tight balance diet and I would also keep my sleep shecdule in check.

For improving my agility:
I decided to run at least 1km a day. But I will increase it slowly, when I would have gotten use to running 1 km.

For increasing my endurance:
I decided that, I would hit the wooden surface of the trees as hard as I could. I know this might hurt a bit but this also helps to increase my endurance and would also help me to strengthen my bones. I would also put some weights.

By the time I was done doing the said exercises 《except for putting on some weights and hitting the wooden surface of the tree》I was very exhausted and I felt like I was on the brink of death. As I tried to move my body, every part of my body ached from the pain. But I somehow managed to drag myself to my house.

After arriving home I quickly went towards my room and plumped myself into the bed. After adjusting myself into the bed I began to think about the incident that happened till now like: (How I got transmigrated into the a manga story as a main lead, and how I find out about the death of the main lead, and how I woke up at the hospital after the fight with Katsuki)

After returning home from, the hospital, the next day my mom told me to take some rest from school. So I decided to take the leave from school around two weeks. On the same day I made a training schedule for myself to get stronger and went to sleep.

And from this morning after breakfast I began my training. I did all the training except for putting on some weights and hitting my fist at the wooden surface of the tree very hard, because my bones were very weak and I couldn't effort to wear any weights on my current body condition.

《Time skip two weeks later

I woke up early and then followed my regular training routine. After two weeks my body has gotten used to the training and I also have developed some muscles. After finishing my training, I decided to go back home and take some rest.
