Ansh's Pov
For me, longing was nothing but an exceptionally delusional conception. It meant waiting for void chaos and still I dramatically, loved doing the same.
5 years and it keeps continuing.
My eyes never left the wheatish coffee mug and the brownish coffee enclosed within the circular walls of the cup from the past 30 minutes.
"So finally you got the time to meet your own father!"
My lips curved left, eyes moved towards his face that contained nothing but furry.
"Can't you really see how much she's waiting for you! It's been 5 years! And you do really expect her to wait more?"
His jaw clenched when his eyes met mine."I never told her to do so." I said ever so calmly even after the grayish eyes bored deep into mine.
"Are you even listening yourself? How more selfish can you be Ansh?!"
"Tragic. How the one who planned all the whole of a game, is blaming the prey itself." My lips curved damn bitterly while I stood up from the ivory sofa.
Cataclysmic, how well the karma returns.
"Think before you say Ansh. With my one sign, all of your so called luxuries can go to vain. Be careful and do what I want you to do."
I didn't turn back. I didn't wanted to. A player should know when to play and when to not. And so did I.
My steps halted when the similar pair of black orbs looked into mine. They asked numerous unasked questions. But due to the frigid heart I carry, I didn't bothered to answer them. ever. And so did I, kept walking.
"Won't it ever end?"
I turned.
"My emptiness towards you? Never." I smiled drastically at the girl I was somehow engaged.
She did managed to smile.
And I walked away.

Advika's Pov
"Advikaaaaaa!" Hearing the ever so long enlargement of my name after so many months, couldn't help but made me smile. But as soon as my eyes met with the faded smile of the one who never let one's smile fade, I realized how much mere this meeting, wasn't.
"Aditi? All okay?" I sat infront of her. The cafe encompassed everything related to that of snow.
She didn't replied but smiled ever so lightly. Her eyes drowsy and red. Hairs tied so messy, as if haven't been combed since days. And hence, I knew it was anything but all okay.
"He.. cheated." The words were so low but still not unheard.
Silence was all we felt. And chaos of the cafe were all we heard.
"Two barfi wali coffee please.."
We sat within the admist of silence. A silence which told a million yet nothing.
"Listen Aditi, are you sure it isn't any misunderstanding? And if you're, then what are we even so remorseful of? He was purposed to cheat. If not today, then someday... It'll hurt. It's okay, Let it. But dare you hurt yourself for it. If not today, then tomorrow even if not tomorrow then someday, it won't even matter. It'll be alright." I finally had myself say those words.
And soon as we came out of the cafe, the shuddering arms were wrapped around me. I smiled lightly and hugged her back. She sobbed, I let her.
"I am there for you Adi, till the fate is kind, I'll be there for you." I patted her back.
