Establishment

Formed in 2010 by CEOs, Song Si Yeon, Lee Eun Jin and Noe Ming Gi. The three friends and business partners established the company in January 2010.

By the following year in January 2011, Lee Eun Jin was the director of Creative Media, Noe Ming Gi was the Director of Management and Song Si Yeon was the CEO of the entire company.

In 2015, Lee Eun Jin stepped down from her position, and was replaced by her sister Lee Minji.

In 2018, Noe Ming Gi's daughter Noe Seo Hye took over her mother's board of directors position and in 2019, Noe Ming Gi's daughter took over her position in the company after she retired from the industry.

As of 26/10/2023, Song Si Yeon is still the CEO of the company.
